How do you wake up those who are certain they are not asleep?

Is that not the question of all time? We live in an age of information, it has become our true currency. In the entire history of the human race never before have so many people had as great an access to as much information as those living today have at their finger tips. It is ubiquitous, it surrounds our every move, our every breathing seconds.

We are pummeled on every side by information, information about everything assaults us from every side. We are overwhelmed by information. So much so that we ignore the crucial because of the important. Most of us fail to correctly prioritize which information to pay careful attention to and which to ignore. We sleep in a cacophony in mind numbingly loud information that ceaselessly demands our attention.

Who did what to whom and why. What happened where and when. We simply cannot take it all in and make anything useful out of it all. We have been blinded by the light, the sound and the fury of the information that surrounds us. Yet most of us are blissfully unaware of how much incredibly important information were are ignoring.

So, I write this insignificant little blog (no, I am under to illusions about how insignificant this little blog of mine is) attempting to digitally scream at the top of my digital lungs as it were about the things that I believe are critically important. I honestly do not care in the slightest that any of you who read this think that I am a crazy conspiracy theorist blogger. I am what I am, and perhaps maybe I am a crazy conspiracy theory blogger.

I try as best as I know how to provoke people into thinking. No one can make you think, least of all me. There are others out there, they inhabit places of wealth and power, of respect and prestige, who do not want you to think about the events transpiring around you. They want you to remain comfortably asleep. While you sleep, they make all the important decisions regarding your life.

These people control the Media, the Government and private industry. They have made themselves your lords and masters, and you do not even know it, let alone who they are. Which of you will wake up and regain control of your lives is mostly up to them, which means most of you will never wake up. You will go through your lives asleep, being controlled and utterly blissfully unaware of that fact.

No one can wake you up if you refuse to even consider the possibility that you are not awake. Waking up is hard, it hurts, it’s so much easier to remain asleep. It’s so much easier to let someone else make all of your important decisions for you.

Words, just words.

To, if, what, where… Just words, no meaning in and of their selves. This is what the liberals have discovered. It is what conservatives don’t understand. Words only mean what the individuals employing them mean, nothing else, and at no other time. A dictionary full of words means nothing, it has no meaning, those are just empty pages laying around filled with unused words.

A lie is defined by conservatives as an intentional application of words by one individual to other individuals where in the truth is intentional distorted or concealed. To a liberal, there is no such thing as a lie (unless it’s the liberal on the receiving end of the lie) there are only words, words to be used to achieve whatever goal the liberal desires.

Words that only take on meaning when they are actively being used, that have no meaning the second that they are no longer needed to achieve something. To a conservative guns do not kill, human beings kill, and sometimes they use guns to do that killing. To a liberal, words are like guns, they don’t mean anything in and of themselves, they are just tools, they cannot do or mean anything by themselves.

Barack Obama and Erick Holder understand the above statements better than even most liberals. Better even then the useless imbeciles in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media who have so ruthlessly employed those concepts to get the first Marxist elected and protect him from being exposed as the liar and treasonous Marxist he is.

House Judiciary Committee opens formal perjury investigation into Holder testimony

Eric Holder may face an uphill battle in his charm offensive with the media. He’s already failing miserably on Capitol Hill. Today the House Judiciary Committee opened a formal investigation into Holder’s testimony last week to determine if the Attorney General committed perjury:

The top two Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday formally initiated an investigation into whether Attorney General Eric Holder lied under oath during his May 15 testimony on the Justice Department’s (DOJ) surveillance of reporters.

Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.), the chairman of the subcommittee on investigations, sent a letter to Holder detailing specific aspects of his testimony that they say conflicts with subsequent media reports.

The letter demands specific answers to questions raised by later revelations that, despite his protests to the contrary, Holder not only knew about Department of Justice efforts to accuse reporters of crimes under the Espionage Act of 1917, he personally approved the warrant that made the claim:

“How can you claim to have never been involved in the potential prosecution of a member of the media but you were admittedly involved in discussions regarding Mr. Rosen’s email?,” the letter asks. “How can you claim to have never even heard of the potential prosecution of the press but were, at a minimum, involved in discussions regarding Mr. Rosen?”

You see, perjury isn’t a lie when it’s told by a liberal like Erick Holder, or even Barack Obama. Erick Holder lied to congress over Operation Fast and Furious and the useless imbeciles in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media protected him. Barack Obama lied to the entire United States of America protecting his stooge Erick Holder.

Too dumb to check: Holder’s huddle with media on press freedoms will be … off the record

Gut-check time for the press: If they’re truly offended by the DOJ’s secret snooping on James Rosen and the AP, they won’t agree to attend Holder’s gladhanding session unless/until he agrees to make it on the record, right? Press freedom and government transparency are either important or they’re not. If they’re not, then yeah, an off-the-record session in which the powers that be privately assure a guild that they’re on their side will do just fine. Happens all the time in the Obama White House.

Which is it?

The news of a meeting between Holder and the bureau chiefs comes amid widespread criticism from journalists and civil liberties advocates over the DOJ’s seizure of Associated Press phone records and an accusation that Fox News reporter James Rosen could be part of a criminal conspiracy for his reporting.

The fact that Holder is meeting with the bureau chiefs is on the record, but Nanda Chitre, acting director of the DOJ’s public affairs office, confirmed to The Huffington Post that the meeting itself will be off the record. Media organizations, however, will surely want such a newsworthy meeting with the attorney general to be on the record, and it remains to be seen if they will agree to meet under off-the-record ground rules.

Remember, words in and off themselves have no meanings, they only mean what the person using them intends them to mean and only for when they intended them to. When the useless imbeciles in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media use words to hide things or to give them meanings other than what those seeing or hearing those words believe they should mean, it isn’t lying. It’s, well, honestly, it’s whatever the useless imbeciles claim it is.

This is why Barack Obama and Erick Holder have so far gotten away with the lies that they have told. Because the Fifth Column Treasonous Media have done everything to protect the Obamanation administration, despite the fact that the Obamanation administration is and has betrayed their trust.

The Fifth Column Treasonous Media has been hoisted upon their own petard in the most ironic of fashions. They vested the totality of their self worth’s, of their emotional beings in Barack Insane Obama being who they wanted him to be, in who they hoped that he was. They wanted and needed him to be their fantasy perfect Marxist Messiah.

The problem is, he isn’t, wasn’t and never will be their perfect Marxist Messiah. More importantly, Barack Insane Obama never intended to be the useless imbeciles in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media’s perfect Marxist Messiah, it was always his intention to betray the Fifth Column Treasonous Media.

Now the Fifth Column Treasonous Media cannot return the favor without exposing themselves as, well, the useless imbeciles that they are. Like I said, hoisted deliciously upon their own petards. Tragically for the average American, it means that the Obamanation administration is going to continue being protected. Protected by useless imbeciles who have their gentiles caught in a meat grinder, they can’t get free of what they have done, and only can prevent further mutilation of themselves by continuing to lie about what they have already done.

Memorial Day 2013

For most of my life Memorial Day was my biggest and most important holiday. My Father, Step-Father and two of my brothers being Veterans and all. Three out of four of those veterans have as William Shakespeare once wrote, have shuffled off this moral coil. While none did so in combat, all three of them did so long before their days should have ended.

My Step Father passed away in 1996 at the age of 58 from non smoking related COPD and emphysema (he was a victim of Agent Orange exposure during the Vietnam War).

My Father passed away in 2001 at the age of 61 from lung cancer, (also non smoking related)

My younger brother passed away in 2006 at the age 43 from Brain Cancer.

Veterans Day is still an important holiday to me, sadly it now holds a much more painful aspect than it did during my youth.

I took up the family obligation to organize and execute a BBQ/Grill event back in 1990, and did so every year on Memorial Day in remembrance of all of those who had served in the United States Military right up until 2010. Unemployment has a way of ruining such expenditures. For the last 3 years instead of being the moving force behind our Veterans Day celebration I have been a spectator. It breaks my heart, but it is what it is.

Today will be no different than the last three years. I will visit with friends who are Veterans (yes I have quite a lot of those, most of my friends in fact are Veterans). If you have relatives who are Veterans, or friends who are Veterans, please take time today to contact them, to let them know that their service is appreciated and remembered.

House Judiciary Committee to Justice: Explain snooping on AP, please

Remarkably, only the Republicans on Judiciary signed the letter. That’s all that is necessary to seek subpoenas if it comes down to that, but it’s an indication that Democrats might dig in to defend Holder and Cole even at the risk of attacking the Associated Press and the rest of the media by extension. At the very least, it makes it clear that Democrats don’t put a high priority on protecting a free press — or as the New York Times put it yesterday, demonstrate “insufficient concern about a free press.”

Make no mistake about this. Had the “Operation Fast and Furious”, “Benghazi” or “IRS vs AP and FoxNews” scandals taken place under a Republican POTUS… No, let’s make this even clearer to those out there suffering from self inflicted stupidity, had it taken place under the Sarah Palin Administration, how would the Fifth Column Treasonous Media be behaving today. I dare anyone of you out there to show that you have courage or integrity. I dare you to say what nobody wants to admit, though everyone knows that it is true.

I choose Sarah Palin as the ultimate example of the Fifth Column Treasonous Media’s mendacious and malfeasance for reasons that most will understand, though, tragically many will find incomprehensible. During the 2008 presidential race Sarah Palin was subjected to a degree of slander and libel no politician in American history has ever been subjected to. This dishonest and vile behavior continued even after Mrs. Palin and John McVain lost to Barack Insane Obama, it continued through the 2012 presidential race even though she was not a candidate.

Yes, I know, there are psychologically, morally and ethically stunted and twisted people out there on both sides of the political isle who believe that the treatment Mrs. Palin received was justified. The issue here is not whether Sarah Palin was qualified to be Vice President or President of the United States of America.

What is at issue here are the moral and ethical standards being applied to her as opposed to those being applied to Barack Insane Obama. The Fifth Column Treasonous Media applied their single solitary moral and ethical standard to Sarah Palin and to Barack Insane Obama, one might even say, equally. But such a statement can only be made once one agrees with exactly what the single and solitary moral and ethical standard was and is. That standard is, “The End Justifies the Means”.

The various members of the Fifth Column Treasonous Media knew exactly who both Sarah Palin and Barack Insane Obama were, make no mistake about that. They knew that Barack Insane Obama was one of their very own Marxist fellow travelers and that Sarah Palin was a US Constitution believing reformer. Hence the equal application of their moral and ethical standard. They used every deceitful dirty trick they could think of to ensure that Barack Insane Obama was elected while at the same time employing every deceitful dirty trick they could think of to ensure that Sarah Palin was destroyed as a political force, politician and human being.

Now, it turns out however that Barack Insane Obama genuinely is a Marxist with dictatorial ambitions willing to destroy anyone who isn’t 100 percent loyal to him. AP (the Associated Press) broke the cardinal rule they made the mistake of now bowing down at the proscribed time and place and looked into a possible scandal when they were suppose to be worshiping. The consequences of that failure to show obedience as required by the Obamanation Administration’s was the Erick Holder Department of InJustice illegally seizing records of over 20 AP employees.

For about one skinny minuet a few members of the Fifth Column Treasonous Media almost looked up from the places where they have planted their faces in worship of the Obamanation Administration. A few even dared to mutter under their breaths that what the Obamanation Administration had done was wrong. But make no mistake about this. At this very second the vast majority of the useless imbeciles in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media are wracking their brains for ways to justify the Obamanation Administrations illegal abuse of one of their own.

They have already begun doing with this scandal exactly what they have done with every other Obamanation Administration scandal. They have already begun the process of marginalizing, justifying and otherwise obfuscating what has taken place. They will and are already doing everything that they can think up to make this scandal disappear like a small cloud of smoke in a hurricane. They have already began the effort to push it to the back page, to move it out of the spotlight. To relegate it to the inconsequential past.

They honestly have no other choice, since to give it the coverage that they would be giving it were Sarah Palin President of the United States of America and this had happened under her administration would in reality be tantamount to admitting that their chosen messiah is not only a fraud, but that they had played the role of those in the crowd before Pontius Pilate who cried out… “”Give us Barabbas”…

Sharyl Attkisson: Something fishy’s been going on with my computers since early 2011

Yea, well, you’re not the only one sweetheart. For about the last year or so my computer has periodically suffered from sudden and inexplicable bouts of inability to connect to the internet. No, there is nothing wrong with my computer, or my internet connection. It just periodically refuses to connect. Getting it to do so again requires jumping through all sorts of flaming hoops and what not. But it comes down to this, periodically my network card suddenly decides that it will not permit network traffic, then it decides that it will turn itself off.

Ya, your right, my tin foil hat is screwed on way to tight. Just because Alexa once reported that someone from the DOJ was reading my blog and then my computer started misbehaving doesn’t actually mean that there is any connection between the two events. Ya, you’re right, I probably just screwed something up on my computer that explains this strange behavior of my computer. No reason to suspect that it’s anything else, right?

It’s not like the DOJ has actually taped into the computers of individuals who refused to worship the Obamessiah… I mean, right? Ya, I know, I know, after all, I am about as small and insignificant as it’s possible to be in the grand scheme of things. No rational or logical reason to think that the DOJ or any other federal bureaucracy would bother wasting their time on anyone as insignificant as me especially while their are genuinely threatening targets out there like Attkisson or Rosen, right?

Try keeping this thought fixed firmly in your mind while considering just how paranoid and foolish this all sounds. Before the Berlin Wall came down the East German Secret Police (the Stasi) kept files on every single East German, and 1 in every 6 East Germans were informants of the Stasi.

Fast and Furious/Benghazi investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson: Something fishy’s been going on with my computers since early 2011

Via the Chris Stigall Show and WPHT in Philadelphia. Two weeks ago, this wouldn’t have been worth posting; Attkisson herself, I suspect, wouldn’t have mentioned it publicly. Even if she’s right about something fishy going on, there are other plausible culprits besides the U.S. government when it comes to reporters’ computers being infiltrated. Two weeks later, though, knowing now that the DOJ was willing to order a dragnet of AP reporters’ phone records and actually read James Rosen’s e-mails, there’s no way around the obvious suspicion. If the feds were willing to monitor Rosen and the AP in the name of cracking down on leakers, why wouldn’t they monitor the one reporter from non-Fox big media who’s done more digging on Fast and Furious and Benghazi than anyone else?

Attkisson told Laura Ingraham in October 2011 that a White House official had screamed and cursed at her for her reporting. The DOJ wasn’t happy either:

I’m certainly not the one to make the case for DOJ and White House about what I’m doing wrong. They will tell you that I’m the only reporter–as they told me–that is not reasonable. They say the Washington Post is reasonable, the LA Times is reasonable, the New York Times is reasonable, I’m the only one who thinks this is a story, and they think I’m unfair and biased by pursuing it.

Which government sources were aiding and abetting this “unreasonable” reporter? There was one obvious way to find out. Any comment, DOJ?

Hume, Robinson, Powers agree: DoJ investigation of Rosen crosses a big line

How often do we see Kirsten Powers, Eugene Robinson, and Brit Hume agree on a major issue? Not often, but when the government violates the First Amendment and in particular on reporting, probably more often than not. Let’s start with the least surprising criticism, which comes from Brit Hume, former Fox anchor and colleague of James Rosen, who was investigated as a co-conspirator in an espionage case for doing what reporters in Washington do all the time. Hume argues that the Obama administration’s actions speak a lot louder than their words about respecting the freedom of the press:

“In the matter of Fox News correspondent James Rosen, the Justice Department has gone where federal prosecutors have rarely if ever gone before: To obtain a search warrant for Rosen’s personal emails they claimed to a federal court that by doing what journalists do, which is to try to ferret out secrets of government and report them, Rosen has committed a crime. Indeed they describe how he cultivated a State Department official as a source, set up a confidential method of communicating with him, flattered him, spoke to him on the phone — gasp — and asked him to provide information about State Department actions and intelligence on a foreign country now identified as North Korea.”

“All this, says the FBI in a 36-page affidavit is in furtherance of a criminal conspiracy to divulge classified information,” Hume continued. “Did Rosen do this to help an enemy? The FBI makes no such claim. Instead, it cites an email in which Rosen tells his source, quote, ‘I want to report authoritatively and ahead of the competition on new initiatives or shifts in U.S. policy, events on the ground and what intelligence is picking up.’ Oh, heaven forbid. The president and his attorney general can recite all the platitudes they like about their respect for press freedom and the need for investigative reporting. But this FBI affidavit contradicts them all.” …

“The government has a right indeed, arguably, a duty to protect the nation’s secrets, some of which are more secret than they ought to be,” Hume said. “But that aside, there are legitimate national security secrets that is the government’s job to protect. And when they leak out, the government has a right and a duty to investigate. But what the government has traditionally done in the past is to investigate the leaker and not, if you will, the leakee. That provides the balance between the government’s job to find out what happened and the press’ right to pursue information. That’s the way it’s been done before. That’s the way it seemed to have been going up until now. But it seems to me tonight there is reason to doubt that that is the approach being taken by this administration.”

Pay very careful attention to this one, because this is what it’s really all about.

Was Jake Tapper played by White House through selective leak of just one email?

ABC News source stands by reference to State Dept in leaked Benghazi talking points emails — White House defenders get the controversy they want (Update – Stephen Hayes stands by his reporting as well)

Jake Tapper reports that the White House is disputing that the Benghazi talking points were edited in the way ABC News and The Weekly Standard presented them, leading to charges that the emails were doctored. The ABC News source is standing by the leaked emails.

Based on Jonathan Karl’s updated report (quoted below), it looks like the White House played Tapper to create a controversy by releasing just one in a chain of emails. Regardless of how it turns out, this provides the dodge White House defenders were looking for, and they are relishing it.

The White House does not deny that the talking points were edited, and we all can see that important points — such as prior threats and the al-Qaeda involvement — were removed, and that the focus shifted to the video by the time Susan Rice used them.

There it is right there. No, it isn’t as simple as poor Jake Tapper being payed as a stooge. It’s the entire Fifth Column Treasonous Media and the Professional Blogging Class being played by the Whitehouse as stooges. The purpose is very simple, deflect, distract and distance.

The 2014 elections are 18 months away, make these scandals old news by the mid-term elections and minimize the damage to the Democrat’s running for re-election. The various Democrat candidates need time to distance themselves from the Obama Administration. These leaks are being made now specifically for that purpose. It’s a calculated risk, one with the very real possibility of backfiring on the Democrats, but if it works as planned, the Democrats hold on to the Seats and perhaps even make gains in the house.

The Democrats have a complicit Fifth Column Treasonous Media as allies to help pull this off. What they are betting is, that none of these Obama Administration scandals have the incubation period of the Watergate Scandal. 18 months is an entire lifetime in politics, few scandals live that long, in 18 months the pubic can and usually does grow bored, tired and apathetic.

The Democrat Party is betting on this happening and they have the Fifth Column Treasonous Media as active co-conspirators and the the fools in the Professional Blogging Class as useful idiots to ensure that their plan works.

WaPo: Justice spied on Fox reporter in 2010

Remember the White House war on Fox News in 2009? By the fall of that year, it had collapsed from overreach; after attempting to block Fox from participating in pool coverage, the rest of the White House press corps revolted, forcing Anita Dunn and others into retreat. Apparently, the Obama administration found a way to wage that war by other means. The Washington Post reports that the Department of Justice spied on James Rosen, Fox’s Washington correspondent, in 2010:

When the Justice Department began investigating possible leaks of classified information about North Korea in 2009, investigators did more than obtain telephone records of a working journalist suspected of receiving the secret material.

They used security badge access records to track the reporter’s comings and goings from the State Department, according to a newly obtained court affidavit. They traced the timing of his calls with a State Department security adviser suspected of sharing the classified report. They obtained a search warrant for the reporter’s personal e-mails.

The case of Stephen Jin-Woo Kim, the government adviser, and James Rosen, the chief Washington correspondent for Fox News, bears striking similarities to a sweeping leaks investigation disclosed last week in which federal investigators obtained records over two months of more than 20 telephone lines assigned to the Associated Press.

While not as broad as the Associated Press dragnet of records, the Post emphasizes that this demonstrates the DoJ assault on the AP was not a singular event:

Court documents in the Kim case reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010. The case also raises new concerns among critics of government secrecy about the possible stifling effect of these investigations on a critical element of press freedom: the exchange of information between reporters and their sources.

The ruling elite within the Fifth Column Treasonous Media had decided that FoxNews could safely be betrayed because they obviously were not part of the Marxist agenda. Ergo, it was 100 percent acceptable to throw FoxNews under the bus with all the other Laissez-faire capitalists and Pro US Constitution patriots. Remember, these Marxist fools only have one moral or ethical value, the end justifies the means.

The first shot across their bow that everything wasn’t going according to how they understood the plan to be was when word leaked out that the DOJ gobbled up all of those AP phone record. Now however as reality slowly starts to sink in, the ruling elite, and more importantly, the canon fodder (the average journalist and talking head) in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media are starting to notice that their statues as Fellow Traveler doesn’t actually afford them the promised protection that they were lead to believe that it would.

In the case of some (Chris “I have a tingle up my leg” Matthews, this realization is taking the form of Stage 3 of the Kübler-Ross model,

The third stage involves the hope that the individual can somehow postpone or delay death. Usually, the negotiation for an extended life is made with a higher power in exchange for a reformed lifestyle. Psychologically, the individual is saying, “I understand I will die, but if I could just do something to buy more time…” People facing less serious trauma can bargain or seek to negotiate a compromise. For example “Can we still be friends?..” when facing a break-up. Bargaining rarely provides a sustainable solution, especially if it’s a matter of life or death.

They are doubling down on the efforts in a frantic panic hoping that their efforts will earn them that promised place at the ruling table. New Flash guys, it’s never going to happen. You are a threat to the real Marxist ruling elite, and you are their slaves, if you present enough of a threat then you will receive the Joesph Stalin treatment. You will be airbrushed right out of history, and the land of the living. You have served your purpose and will not be allowed to bite the hand that you put power into. Do not get this fucked up in your heads. If you accept the premise that “The End Justifies the Means” you do not have any other moral or ethical values, none what-so-ever, because “The End Justifies the Means” leaves no room what-so-ever for any other moral or ethical value. If you accept any of the premises of Marxism/Socialism/Communism/Progressism then you have accepted “The End Justifies the Means” as your only moral or ethical value.

Your only choice now, is betray, or be betrayed. The stunning questions are raised by the following set of new facts.

March 31, 2010.

According to the White House Visitors Log, provided here in searchable form by U.S. News and World Report, the president of the anti-Tea Party National Treasury Employees Union, Colleen Kelley, visited the White House at 12:30pm that Wednesday noon time of March 31st.

The White House lists the IRS union leader’s visit this way:

In White House language, “POTUS” stands for “President of the United States.”

The very next day after her White House meeting with the President, according to the Treasury Department’s Inspector General’s Report, IRS employees — the same employees who belong to the NTEU — set to work in earnest targeting the Tea Party and conservative groups around America. The IG report wrote it up this way:

April 1-2, 2010: The new Acting Manager, Technical Unit, suggested the need for a Sensitive Case Report on the Tea Party cases. The Determinations Unit Program Manager Agreed.

In short: the very day after the president of the quite publicly anti-Tea Party labor union — the union for IRS employees — met with President Obama, the manager of the IRS “Determinations Unit Program agreed” to open a “Sensitive Case report on the Tea party cases.” As stated by the IG report.

The NTEU is the 150,000 member union that represents IRS employees along with 30 other separate government agencies. Kelley herself is a 14-year IRS veteran agent. The union’s PAC endorsed President Obama in both 2008 and 2012, and gave hundreds of thousands of dollars in the 2010 and 2012 election cycles to anti-Tea Party candidates.

News Flash to the Fifth Column Treasonous Media, you are not in charge, you are not running the Marxist Utopia, you are the useful idiots, you are the scapegoats. What happened to FoxNews and the AP were not accidents. What happened to FoxNews and the AP were not isolated events. The IP address which I have omitted appears to be from Germany, the article was not about music or any of my musical material, and the syntax does not seem to be English, though it could be a bot of some sort. I must confess to finding the premise of the comment amusing. Since I was many years ago both a song writer and guitar player. Alas, as I said about, no doubt my vanity prevented me from trashing it straight away.

A Tumultuous Cacophony of lies.

Nancy Pelosi is like the devil himself, when she lies, she does so because it is a true manifestation of who and what she really is. There is no truth inside her to find it’s way out from time to time. When she lies, it’s because the truth is not in her, and never has been. It makes her a perfect fit for the Obamanation Administrations Democrat Party. To use an Obamaism, if Nancy Pelosi had a son, he would probably look just like Jay Carney.

Carney: What are these ‘scandals’ of which you speak?

No, really, Jay Carney would like to know. Even though he only showed his face in the briefing room twice this week, and even though the White House press corps used him as a punching bag, Barack Obama’s press secretary wants you to know he’s really enjoyed having to address this avalanche of scandals. Wait — did we say scandals? We mean, er, opportunities:

“I dismiss the premise, the idea that these are scandals,” Carney said flatly, calling the controversy over Benghazi a “total concoction by Republicans,” and the IRS scandal merely “inappropriate behavior” by the IRS.

Targeting the political opposition of the current administration is certainly “inappropriate behavior” by the IRS, but it’s also most likely criminal. Hearings begin today in that scandal, and the most recent IRS Commissioners will both have to explain to Congress why they deliberately misled the House when repeatedly denying that targeting activity was taking place at all. That’s the kind of “inappropriate behavior” that we call felonies.

The Hill has a little more on Carney’s denial:

“I would say that it’s been a challenging week, but in many ways a week that I’ve enjoyed,” Carney told CNN’s Piers Morgan. “Because I think that when a press secretary goes to a briefing room and there’s a lot of intensity in the room and a lot of news that is inspiring reporters to ask tough questions, you know, that’s what it’s all about.”

This week, two high-ranking IRS officials resigned amid a controversy in which the agency admitted to targeting conservative groups filing for tax-exempt status. Carney at times struggled through questions with reporters at a Tuesday press conference on the matter, and has faced criticism, including from former press secretary Robert Gibbs, over the administration’s “passive” response to the controversy.

In addition, the Department of Justice has been under fire for secretly seizing phone records belonging to the Associated Press during an investigation into a leak the White House says threatened national security. The administration has also continued to push back against Republican charges it wasn’t honest with the public about last year’s attack in Benghazi and that it didn’t do enough in the hours during the attack to protect U.S. personnel on the ground in Libya.

During Bush 41’s tenure as President of the United States the Fifth Column Treasonous Media made a genuine three ring circus out of Saddam Hussein’s Information Minister, Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf, whom the media nicknamed Baghdad Bob. I have to admit that it was a genuine riot listening to Baghdad Bob speak on the news. Baghdad Bob gained his international notoriety basically by being the worlds biggest and worst liar.

When Marxist Fellow Traveler and Progressive leftist Icon Bob Woodard steps into the ring and declares that something a presidential administration has done is a scandal, well, it isn’t just a flying pig moment.

Woodward: Don’t dismiss Benghazi as a scandal

We heard from one half of the Watergate-exposing journalistic duo this week on the AP scandal, and now the other half weighs in on the supposedly waning Benghazi debate. The White House released 100 pages of e-mails that went around the administration on 9/14 — but oddly not on 9/12 or 9/13 — less than an hour before Barack Obama gave a speech on the IRS scandal and pushed the e-mails back into the background. Bob Woodward tells Morning Joe that they won’t stay in the background, because it shows an exercise by the White House to keep people from learning the truth about the terrorist attack … and that looks mighty familiar to him:

“You were talking earlier about kind of dismissing the Benghazi issue as one that’s just political and the president recently said it’s a sideshow,” said Woodward. “But if you read through all these e-mails, you see that everyone in the government is saying, ‘Oh, let’s not tell the public that terrorists were involved, people connected to al Qaeda. Let’s not tell the public that there were warnings.’ I hate to show, this is one of the documents with the editing that one of the people in the state department said, ‘Oh, let’s not let these things out.’

And I have to go back 40 years to Watergate when Nixon put out his edited transcripts to the conversations, and he personally went through them and said, ‘Oh, let’s not tell this, let’s not show this.’ I would not dismiss Benghazi. It’s a very serious issue. As people keep saying, four people were killed. You look at the hydraulic pressure that was in the system to not tell the truth, and, you know, we use this term and the government uses this term, talking points. Talking points, as we know, are like legal briefs. They’re an argument on one side. What we need to get rid of talking point and they need to put out statements or papers that are truth documents. Okay, this is all we know.”

Let’s face reality, Bob Woodard has for all intents and purposes just ask the question that made former Senator Fred Thompson famous, “What did the President know, and when did he know it”. Woodward may be a lot of things, a Progressive Liberal Leftist Marxist without a doubt, but two words that will never be associated with any accuracy to Robert Woodward are, imbecile or fool.

Before Bob Woodward interjected himself into the Benghazi scandal there can be absolutely zero possibility of anyone believing that he was unaware of or naive to what the consequences of his taking a position contrary to that of the establishment Democrat Party official party line on the subject. There can be absolutely no question or doubt that Bob Woodward was/is fully aware of what the consequences of his actions would be.

Bob Woodward is not a Conservative or a Republican, what he is, is a Progressive Liberal fellow traveler. He has spent the majority of his adult life in the service of the Progressive Liberal Agenda. Across the US there are legions of Progressive Liberal Marxists scrambling to find ways to discredit Bob Woodward because of his stating unequivocally that Benghazi is an even more atrocious scandal than Watergate was.

Behold and watch in amazement, outside the gates a chorus of liars have arisen and from their mouths proceeds forth a tumultuous cacophony of lies.

When is a scandal not a scandal.

When is a scandal not a scandal? When the congressman who let the cat out of the bag retracts his assertion, that’s when. California congressman Devin Nunes made a very shocking and disturbing assertion the other day. From a statement made by Nunes on Hugh Hewitt’s Show Wednesday night.

DN: No, I absolutely do not, especially after this wiretapping incident, essentially, of the House of Representative. I don’t think people are focusing on the right thing when they talk about going after the AP reporters. The big problem that I see is that they actually tapped right where I’m sitting right now, the Cloak Room.

HH: Wait a minute, this is news to me.

DN: The Cloak Room in the House of Representatives.

HH: I have no idea what you’re talking about.

DN: So when they went after the AP reporters, right? Went after all of their phone records, they went after the phone records, including right up here in the House Gallery, right up from where I’m sitting right now. So you have a real separation of powers issue that did this really rise to the level that you would have to get phone records that would, that would most likely include members of Congress, because as you know…

Strip away all the superfluous crap, and what Nunes said is that the DOJ was tapping phone calls taking place in the congress cloak room. To say that the DOJ doing that would be illegal is kind of like asking if killing your mother-in-law and eating her live on television might possible be a little bit illegal.

Now however, Congressman Nunes has changed his tune. His office is now “clarifying” what he said:

What Rep. Nunes meant by “tapped” was that the DOJ seized the phone records, as has been widely reported. There was a little confusion between him and the host during the conversation: He did not mean to refer to phone records of the cloakroom itself, but of the Capitol. This refers to the phone records for the AP from the House press gallery, which the DOJ admitted to looking at. He was explaining that if those phone records were seized, they would reveal a lot of conversations between the press and members of Congress, since reporters often speak to Members from the press gallery phones. The notion of the DOJ looking at phone records from the Capitol of conversations between Members of Congress and reporters is something that concerns Rep. Nunes, bringing up issues related to the separation of powers.

Now, either Congressman Nunes got excited while talking to Hugh Hewitt and overstated his case, shall we say, was confused. Or….. Congressman Nunes was 100 percent direct and on the money, but someone in a significant position of authority used sufficient leverage for Congressman Nunes to retract his assertion.

What is the truth here? Was Congressman Nunes telling the truth the first time, or was he mistaken? Did someone get Nunes to “Clarify” away his assertion? It is profoundly unlikely that we will ever know. Anyone who thinks that their isn’t more skullduggery committed by Congressman/women everyday than in an entire years worth of cheap spy novels is either still in kindergarten or they are on life support in a Coma ICU ward somewhere in a third world banana republic.

The evidence is otherwise incontrovertible that the GOP Leadership has zero intention of doing anything what-so-ever that might result in Barack Obama facing any serious investigations over anything that he has done. It was no less than the GOP Leadership that killed the investigations into Joe Sestek’s dropping out of his senatorial race, likewise it was the GOP Leadership that ensured that there was no real serious investigation into “Operation Fast and Furious” and “Benghazi”.

There will be no real serious investigation into the DOJ tapping of AP phone records let alone the possibility that perhaps the DOJ tapped phone conversations in the Congressional Cloak Room. Given the nature of recent revelations with regards to various illegal actions taken by various Obamanation Administration officials, Congressman Nunes original assertion should be investigated even if everyone thinks that Nunes was mistaken.

The truth however, tragically is exactly at I already told you. The GOP Leadership are not going to. They will not allow themselves to go down in history as the people who brought down America’s first Black President. They would rather sit back and watch America be destroyed than be accused of “Racism”.
