Obama to America: Screw the Second Amendment, I’ll take your guns by executive order.

Barrack Obama, the so called Constitutional scholar has began crafting a new executive order. One to bypass congress and the US Constitution.

The statement reinforces an article in the Huffington Post describing how the administration is exploring ways to bypass Congress and enact gun control through executive action.

The Department of Justice reportedly is holding meetings discussing the White House’s options for enacting regulations on its own or through adjoining agencies and departments. “Administration officials said talk of executive orders or agency action are among a host of options that President Barack Obama and his advisers are considering. “

Anyone remember Obama’s comments about Americans who were bitter and clinging to their guns and bibles? Yea, pretty much sums up Obama’s position of the Second Amendment.

FactCheck: Yes, Obama endorsed Illinois handgun ban

Obama was being misleading when he denied that his handwriting had been on a document endorsing a state ban on the sale and possession of handguns in Illinois. Obama responded, “No, my writing wasn’t on that particular questionnaire. As I said, I have never favored an all-out ban on handguns.”

Actually, Obama’s writing was on the 1996 document, which was filed when Obama was running for the Illinois state Senate. A Chicago nonprofit, Independent Voters of Illinois, had this question, and Obama took hard line:

35. Do you support state legislation to:
a. ban the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns? Yes.
b. ban assault weapons? Yes.
c. mandatory waiting periods and background checks? Yes.

Obama has spent a great deal of time and energy ensuring that it is difficult to connect him to anything he has actually done. But even the great and powerful Oz Obama cannot 100 percent hide from his own record. While apparently the majority of that record consists of voting “present” enough of it does exist to see what his agenda is. On the subject of the Second Amendment this supposed constitutional scholar seems either to be completely ignorant of the indisputably documented intentions of the Founding Fathers on the subject of gun ownership, or he holds personal views that are 100 percent contradictory.

Barack Hussein Obama has shown through his many actions that he is not and never was a constitutional scholar, furthermore that he has no respect for or feels any obligation to adhere to the US Constitution. To him it is just a flawed document written by old white men for the purposes of oppressing the minorities of the world. An imperfect document as it were, which he clearly intends to perfect.

As Obama ignores yet another law passed by Congress what does the US Congress do. They do exactly the same thing they have done each previous time. Not one damned thing. Obama is not the President of the United States of America, he is America’s Adolf Hitler. Yes, that’s right Godwin’s law and all and I said it. Which law has he ignored this time? the War Powers Act.

Where was congress when Obama forced the Shareholders of GM to forfeit their financial property when the US government seized General Motors and gave that property to the Unions? Doing the exact same thing that they are doing right now, not a damned thing. Where was Congress when the Obama Administration violated the 18 USC 600? Doing everything in their power to shield Obama from US Law.

When Obama declared the Permtorium on oil drilling in the Gulf and the courts declared his Permitorium illegal, where was Congress? Sitting on their asses protecting Obama. When the Courts declared Obamacare Unconstitutional and Obama order his Administration to enact it regardless, where was Congress, they were screwing the American people seven ways from Sunday, that’s where they were.

When Obama violated the campaign finance laws, where was Congress. That question can be asked again and again and again, and the answer is the same every damned time. Obama has shredded the US Constitution and the US Congress has helped him every single step of the way.

Welcome to the Fourth Reich ladies and gentlemen, you are no longer citizens of the United States of America, you are the property of the Federal Government, your money, it really belong to the Government, as does your house, your car, and your kids. They are all property of the State, assets to be used as the State see’s fit. You, you’re just the sucker who doesn’t understand yet what has been done to you in your very own name.

If G.W Bush, or Sarah Palin had done any of the things listed above, how loud would the Democrat’s or the Fifth Column Treasonous Media be screaming right now for their impeachment? Where is Congress or the Fifth Column Treasonous Media’s outrage over Obama doing these things? There is none and you know it. Listen carefully, that silence you hear, that is you being betrayed, and their isn’t a god damned thing you can do about it.

Associated Press Release: Hey, we’re big fat liars, and we can prove it.

As if in response to my blog post, Unexpectedly……….. AP Journalist’s, (Well to be honest, after this I seriously doubt that they can be called journalists even sardonically) published a poll claiming Barrack Obama had achieved a 60% approval rating, with over 50% of American asserting that he should be re-elected. The problem with this so called poll, besides it’s being a straight up lie that even Pravda at the height of the Soviet Union couldn’t have published with a straight face, was it’s sample distribution. But not to worry, AP took care of that minor little inconvenience by simply not publishing or linking to the poll internals.

Apparently the Associated Press still hasn’t caught on to the whole internet thing yet. Obviously they still believe they live in a world where they have sole dominion over what information the America public has access to. Granted, even in America the vast majority of people who use the internet every day are generally unaware that the original purpose and intention behind the creation of the internet was for it to be a research tool. It was specifically designed for the collection and correlation of large volumes of data. To that end, it is perhaps the single most successful accomplishment of it’s creators stated mission that mankind has ever produced.

In other words, it didn’t take those damned meddling kids bloggers very long to find the internals of the poll AP released. Internals which prove beyond any shadow of doubt that the Associated Press had released a totally fraudulent misleading poll in a blatant outright attempt to deceive and manipulate the American people in an attempt to further their own Marxist political ideologies.

Those who have read my blog before have undoubtedly seen me refer to the Mainstream Media as The Fifth Column Treasonous Media, this poll by the Associated Press is a perfect example of exactly why I refer to them in that manner. What the AP has done here is not the exception, but the rule in American Journalism. They do not report the facts objectively, they systemically and institutionally generate propaganda and disseminate it for the furtherance of their political ideologies, ideologies which are generally Marxist in nature.

From the Dan Rather “Throbbing Memo’s”, to the vile and illegitimate questions/suggestion of Trig Palin’s incestuous conception to the depiction of TEA Party members as racist homophobic bigots, what we see in this AP poll is a clear and indisputable representation and continuation of the continuous string of outright lies deceptions and misrepresentations perpetrated by the Fifth Column Treasonous Media against the American people for which the Fifth Column Treasonous Media has yet to be held accountable for.

The Fifth Column Treasonous Media have laid the logs of their very own personal funeral pyres, doused those logs with gasoline, tied themselves to the stake at it’s heart and cast the flaming torch to it base. I for one say, let the bastards burn, let them be hoisted upon their own petards and suffer the full consequences of their malevolent actions.

Unexpectedly………..

Hmmm, unemployment unexpectedly goes back up to 9 percent.

Hmmm, home prices unexpectedly drop another 8 percent.

Hmmm, the price of gasoline unexpectedly increases.

Hmmm, America’s GDP unexpectedly drops to 1.8 percent.

Does any of this unexpected economic news really come as a surprise to anyone other than the so called experts and the Fifth Column Treasonous Media? I am I only person in America who has unexpectedly come to believe that a bunch of imbeciles are running the American government and that the Mainstream Media genuinely couldn’t find their own assholes with both hands even with an operating room full of doctors to guide them?

Just how many times do the so called journalist and government analysts really think they can claim that things we all see everyday with our own two eyes are unexpected events? Seriously, the Obama Administration is spending 1.3 trillion dollars a year more than it takes in in tax revenues, how could anyone knowing this think increasing unemployment, decreasing home values, increasing fuel and food costs and a shrinking economy could possible be unexpected?

Does every single individual in the Obama Administration and the Fifth Column Treasonous Media start their day off by smoking a pound of crack cocaine? What other possible explanation could their be for the unexpectedly incompetent performance they have been handing in for the last 3 years? Will the Fifth Column Treasonous Media report that Barrack Obama unexpectedly was not re-elected in 2012 when unemployment is at 15 percent nationally and gasoline is selling for $7.00 per gallon?

Is their anyone who honestly thinks given the 13 trillion dollars Obama has indebted America or based on the obvious and indisputable trends were are seeing right now, that 15 percent unemployment or $7.00 dollar a gallon gasoline by November 2012 is going to be unexpected?

The Obama Administration and the Fifth Column Treasonous Media keep using the word “Unexpectedly”, You know, I do not think that it means what they think that it means.

Obama the coward had nothing to do with killing Osama Bin Laden, it was Leon Panetta who pulled the trigger.

The Whitehouse Insider has yanked the Obamanation Administrations covers and showed them to be cowards at the very minimum and traitors at the worst.
Valerie Jarrett and Barrack Obama refused time and time again to allow the US Military to take action against Osama Bin Laden, even when Gen. Petraeus threatened to take action on his own in direct disobedience to President Obama.

There can be little doubt with these stunning revelations that Obama was either protecting Osama Bin Laden, or planning to wait until October 2012 to have Bin Laden killed for political purposes. Either way any suggestion that Obama deserves any credit whatsoever in the death of Osama bin Laden is shown to be totally and utterly unfounded and a direct contradiction of the actual facts.

White House Insider: Obama Hesitated – Panetta Issued Order to Kill Osama Bin Laden

Q: You stated that President Obama was “overruled” by military/intelligence officials regarding the decision to send in military specialists into the Osama Bin Laden compound. Was that accurate?

A: I was told – in these exact terms, “we overruled him.” (Obama) I have since followed up and received further details on exactly what that meant, as well as the specifics of how Leon Panetta worked around the president’s “persistent hesitation to act.” There appears NOT to have been an outright overruling of any specific position by President Obama, simply because there was no specific position from the president to do so. President Obama was, in this case, as in all others, working as an absentee president.

Q: What changed the president’s position and enabled the attack against Osama Bin Laden to proceed?

A: Nothing changed with the president’s opinion – he continued to avoid having one. Every time military and intelligence officials appeared to make progress in forming a position, Jarrett would intervene and the stalling would begin again. Hillary started the ball really rolling as far as pressuring Obama began, but it was Panetta and Petraeus who ultimately pushed Obama to finally act – sort of. Panetta was receiving significant reports from both his direct CIA sources, as well as Petraeus-originating Intel. Petraeus was threatening to act on his own via a bombing attack. Panetta reported back to the president that a bombing of the compound would result in successful killing of Osama Bin Laden, and little risk to American lives. Initially, as he had done before, the president indicated a willingness to act. But once again, Jarrett intervened, convincing the president that innocent Pakistani lives could be lost in such a bombing attack, and Obama would be left attempting to explain Panetta’s failed policy. Again Obama hesitated – this time openly delaying further meetings to discuss the issue with Panetta. A brief meeting was held at this time with other officials, including Secretary Gates and members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but Gates, like Panetta, was unable to push the president to act. It was at this time that Gates indicated to certain Pentagon officials that he may resign earlier than originally indicated – he was that frustrated. Both Panetta and Clinton convinced him to stay on and see the operation through.

What happened from there is what was described by me as a “masterful manipulation” by Leon Panetta. Panetta indicated to Obama that leaks regarding knowledge of Osama Bin Laden’s location were certain to get out sooner rather than later, and action must be taken by the administration or the public backlash to the president’s inaction would be “…significant to the point of political debilitation.” It was at that time that Obama stated an on-ground campaign would be far more acceptable to him than a bombing raid. This was intended as a stalling tactic, and it had originated from Jarrett. Such a campaign would take both time, and present a far greater risk of failure. The president had been instructed by Jarrett to inform Mr., Panetta that he would have sole discretion to act against the Osama Bin Laden compound. Jarrett believed this would further delay Panetta from acting, as the responsibility for failure would then fall almost entirely on him. What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him –and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound. Basically, the whole damn operation was already ready to go – including the specific team support Intel necessary to engage the enemy within hours of being given notice. Panetta then made plans to proceed with an on-ground assault. This information reached either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates first (likely via military contacts directly associated with the impending mission) who then informed the other. Those two then met with Panetta, who informed each of them he had been given the authority by the president to proceed with a mission if the opportunity presented itself. Both Gates and Clinton warned Panetta of the implications of that authority – namely he was possibly being made into a scapegoat. Panetta admitted that possibility, but felt the opportunity to get Bin Laden outweighed that risk. During that meeting, Hillary Clinton was first to pledge her full support for Panetta, indicating she would defend him if necessary. Similar support was then followed by Gates. The following day, and with Panetta’s permission, Clinton met in private with Bill Daley and urged him to get the president’s full and open approval of the Panetta plan. Daley agreed such approval would be of great benefit to the action, and instructed Clinton to delay proceeding until he had secured that approval. Daley contacted Clinton within hours of their meeting indicating Jarrett refused to allow the president to give that approval. Daley then informed Clinton that he too would fully support Panetta in his actions, even if it meant disclosing the president’s indecision to the American public should that action fail to produce a successful conclusion. Clinton took that message back to Panetta and the CIA director initiated the 48 hour engagement order. At this point, the President of the United States was not informed of the engagement order – it did not originate from him, and for several hours after the order had been given and the special ops forces were preparing for action into Pakistan from their position in Afghanistan, Daley successfully kept Obama and Jarrett insulated from that order.

No matter how you look at this, Obama acted in a manner that clearly was not in the interests of the United States of America. It was Gen. Petraeus and Leon Panetta who proved that they were the trustworthy servant’s of the People of the United States of America, not Valerie Jarrett and Barrack Obama, who at the very best could be said to be acting in their own selfish interests and at worst were protecting Osama Bin Laden and committing treason against the United States.
