Obama the great destroyer…

I have taken one of the songs (Run) from my 1996 released CD “So what if I’m Bleeding” (Edit: Archived on the Internet here http://archive.org/details/iuma-stephen_walker) and added a series of Photochopped images of Obama standing in the ruins of American businesses, churches, schools and hospitals to create a video. My most appreciative thanks to Hot air commenter Bmore for producing these images.

The lyrics are:

Picking up the pieces to my broken life
I can’t stand the pain any more
It’s time for me to be moving on
Pick myself up off this threshing floor

The whip has been across my back for far to long
And I’ve seen the misery and the pain
No more blood running down my back
It’s time to end all this pain

Run for your life
your a candle in the wind
Run for your life
Don’t ever give in

Run for your life
Your a candle in the wind
Run for your life…..

In the night I see a city lite by flames
I know this place aint got no love
I can’t see the stars in this hell at night
I can’t see no stars up above

It’s time to break free from this whipping floor
And see just how far we can go
Got to get as far away as we can get
Before the whole damn place just has to blow

Run for your life
your a candle in the wind
Run for your life
Don’t ever give in

Run for your life
Your a candle in the wind
Run for your life…..

Why Conservatives, despite being the majority, continue to loose.

To quote Col. Jessep from “A Few Good Men” You can’t handle the Truth. The truth is vicious, it’s brutal. Even more importantly, the truth isn’t very nice and it’s more than a bit scary. The truth is, that conservatives, despite being the majority in American Politics’ continue to loose to Marxist/Socialist/Liberal Democrats, because they refuse to accept certain truths as the reality that they are.

What are those frightening and inconvenient truths that America’s conservative majority are hiding their heads in the sand from? The first and most important one, is that they are clinging like a drowning man to a lie that was told them as children. That lie is “It can’t happen here” that lie refers to a Marxist/Fascist political takeover of America through it’s political system. The kind of Marxist/Fascist political takeover that “The Greatest Generation” witnessed in Russia, Germany and Italy back in the 1920 and 30’s.

Stalin, Hitler, and Mussolini, all rose to power in their respective nations by infiltrating, then compromising their nations respective political systems. Because of America’s involvement in WWI and WWII being a Marxist, Communist or Socialist carried with it an enormous negative social stigma in the United States until well into the mid 1980’s. (Oh, and let’s be perfectly clear about something, regardless of what the Marxist, Communist or socialists would like you to believe, Marxism, Communism and Socialism are all based upon the exact same core political ideology, and that is Marxism, Communism and Socialism are derivatives of Marxism, seen as precursor states to any nation evolving into a pure Marxist State)

The Baby Boomer Generation was fed the lie that “It Can’t Happen here” by individuals who knew that not only could it happen here, that they themselves were working tirelessly to ensure that it did in fact happen here. That lie, in light of how terrifying WWI and WWII were and the nearly unimaginable carnage that they left in their wakes was a reassuring and security providing lie. It was however, a lie none the less.

Another inconvenient and highly disturbing truth that conservative America insists on hiding from itself is, that Bob and Betty Jones, who live across the street and are such a nice, sweet and warm couple, are in fact intentionally and willfully working to destroy the America that the Founding Fathers created. Bob and Betty Jones are liberal progressives who have been fully indoctrinated into Marxism without their even understanding that their Liberal Progressive Political Ideology is really nothing short of classical Marxism. More importantly, even if you were to indisputably prove to them that their liberal progressive political ideology was 1200 percent Marxist, they would not give a damn because they have been indoctrinated and do not view Marxism as an evil political ideology, just an alternative political ideology.

What Bob and Betty Jones do believe, is that the Founding Fathers of America were horrible vile racists and ruthless exploiters of everything and everyone around them, furthermore that the Constitution and Bill of Rights that the Founding Fathers created exclusively exists to maintain and preserve the rule over America by ruthless immoral Robber Barons and evil capitalists (the vast majority of whom just happen to be White-men or Jewish Bankers).

Bob and Betty Jones believe that the only way to correct the tyranny that6 is America, is to Fundamentally Transform America’s Constitution into a Liberal Progressive derived document of social equality. In other words, they want to exchange America’s Constitution with something that Karl Marx or Friedrich Engels would have approved of, something that comes closer to the old Soviet Unions Constitution that the one that America’s Founding Fathers wrote.

The difference between the Constitution that America’s Founding Fathers wrote and the old Soviet Unions Constitution is the internal postures of each document. The American Constitution as written by America’s Founding Fathers places profound and serious restrictions on the Federal and State Governments reserving the rights and liberties to the citizens of the United States. The old Soviet Unions constitution was virtually a mirror opposite to the American Constitution, in that it granted it’s citizens various privileges but reserved all rights and liberties to the State to be used as a cudgel against it’s citizens or a carrot, depending on what behavior it was attempting to provoke it’s citizenry into.

The next inconvenient and highly disturbing truth that American Conservatives are hiding from themselves is that the top echelons of Academia, the Media, Politics and the Legal/Jurisprudence systems are all Marxists pretending to be Socialists or Progressive Liberal Socially conscience activists. There is no conspiracy to take over the American government, at least not in the classical sense of the term “Conspiracy”. These are all individuals, working on a common ideological goal, who are fully aware that the vast majority of their social contemporaries are “Fellow Travelers” who studiously avoid doing anything that might even remotely give the appearance of their being members of a conspiracy to overthrow the United States Constitution.

And now, for the potentially most destructive and damning of all the inconvenient and highly disturbing truths that American Conservatives are hiding from themselves.

The Democrat/Liberal/Progressive/Marxist cabal that is so successfully obliterating the conservative agenda are all working from a shared tactical handbook. They do not need to be co-conspirators because they all have their own copy of this hand book, they all recognize what their fellow travelers are doing and they all know what their own specific role in their effort to bring about a “Fundamental Transformation” of America into a Marxist Utopia is, and they all know this because they are all working off the exact same tactical strategic handbook.

What is that handbook… it is Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”. Here are a few very important excerpts from “Rules For Radicals”.

Opening page – Dedication

“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history… the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.”

“The Revolutionary force today has two targets, moral as well as material. Its young protagonists are one moment reminiscent of the idealistic early Christians, yet they also urge violence and cry, ‘Burn the system down!’ They have no illusions about the system, but plenty of illusions about the way to change our world. It is to this point that I have written this book.”

1. The Purpose

In this book we are concerned with how to create mass organizations to seize power and give it to the people; to realize the democratic dream of equality, justice, peace…. “Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.’ This means revolution.” p.3

“Radicals must be resilient, adaptable to shifting political circumstances, and sensitive enough to the process of action and reaction to avoid being trapped by their own tactics and forced to travel a road not of their choosing.” p.6

“A Marxist begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the exploitation of the proletariat by the capitalists. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and finally the last stage — the political paradise of communism.” p.10

“An organizer working in and for an open society is in an ideological dilemma to begin with, he does not have a fixed truth — truth to him is relative and changing; everything to him is relative and changing…. To the extent that he is free from the shackles of dogma, he can respond to the realities of the widely different situations….” pp.10-11

2. Of Means and Ends [Forget moral or ethical considerations]

“The end is what you want, the means is how you get it. Whenever we think about social change, the question of means and ends arises. The man of action views the issue of means and ends in pragmatic and strategic terms. He has no other problem; he thinks only of his actual resources and the possibilities of various choices of action. He asks of ends only whether they are achievable and worth the cost; of means, only whether they will work. … The real arena is corrupt and bloody.” p.24

“The means-and-ends moralists, constantly obsessed with the ethics of the means used by the Have-Nots against the Haves, should search themselves as to their real political position. In fact, they are passive — but real — allies of the Haves…. The most unethical of all means is the non-use of any means… The standards of judgment must be rooted in the whys and wherefores of life as it is lived, the world as it is, not our wished-for fantasy of the world as it should be….” pp.25-26

“The third rule of ethics of means and ends is that in war the end justifies almost any means….” p.29

“The seventh rule… is that generally success or failure is a mighty determinant of ethics….” p.34

“The tenth rule… is you do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral garments…. It involves sifting the multiple factors which combine in creating the circumstances at any given time… Who, and how many will support the action?… If weapons are needed, then are appropriate d weapons available? Availability of means determines whether you will be underground or above ground; whether you will move quickly or slowly…” p.36

4. The Education of the Organizer

“To the organizer, imagination… is the dynamism that starts and sustains him in his whole life of action as an organizer. It ignites and feeds the force that drives him to organize for change….
“The organizer knows that the real action is in the reaction of the opposition. To realistically appraise and anticipate the probable reactions of the enemy, he must be able to identify with them, too, in his imagination, and foresee their reactions to his actions….
“The organizers searching with a free and open mind void of certainty, hating dogma, finds laughter not just a way to maintain his sanity but also a key to understanding life.”pp.74-75

“…the organizer must be able to split himself into two parts — one part in the arena of action where he polarizes the issue to 100 to nothing, and helps to lead his forces into conflict, while the other part knows that when the time comes for negotiations that it really is only a 10 percent difference.” p.78

“…the organizer is constantly creating new out of the old. He knows that all new ideas arise from conflict; [See Dialectic Process] that every time man as had a new idea it has been a challenge to the sacred ideas of the past and the present and inevitably a conflict has raged.” p.79

5. Communication [Notice the emphasis on conflict, dialogue, relationships, etc. Team “service” is essential to building strong relationships through “common involvements”]

“And so the guided questioning goes on without anyone losing face or being left out of the decision-making. Every weakness of every proposed tactic is probed by questions…. Is this manipulation? Certainly….” p.88

“One of the factors that changes what you can and can’t communicate is relationships. There are sensitive areas that one does not touch until there is a strong personal relationship based on common involvements. Otherwise the other party turns off and literally does not hear….

“Conversely, if you have a good relationship, he is very receptive…. For example, I have always believed that birth control and abortion are personal rights to be exercised by the individual. If, in my early days when I organized… neighborhood in Chicago, which was 95 per cent Roman Catholic, I had tried to communicate this, even through the experience of the residents, whose economic plight was aggravated by large families, that would have been the end of my relationship with the community. That instant I would have been stamped as an enemy of the church and all communication would have ceased.

“Some years later, after establishing solid relationships, I was free to talk about anything…. By then the argument was no longer limited to such questions as, ‘How much longer do you think the Catholic Church can hang on to this archaic notion and still survive?’ …the subject and nature of the discussion would have been unthinkable without that solid relationship.” pp.93-94

6. In the Beginning: The Process of Power [Notice the compromise needed to build the power base. Yet, since pragmatism has eroded all values, it’s simply a matter of ends justifying means. It’s not unlike churches that attract members through the world’s entertainment — then continue to soften or hide Truth in order to keep them happy and lure more.]

“From the moment the organizer enters a community he lives, dreams… only one thing and that is to build the mass power base of what he calls the army. Until he has developed that mass power base, he confronts no major issues…. Until he has those means and power instruments, his ‘tactics’ are very different from power tactics. Therefore, every move revolves around one central point: how many recruits will this bring into the organization, whether by means of local organizations, churches, service groups, labor Unions, corner gangs, or as individuals.”

“Change comes from power, and power comes from organization.” p.113

“The first step in community organization is community disorganization. The disruption of the present organization is the first step toward community organization. Present arrangements must be disorganized if they are to be displace by new patterns…. All change means disorganization of the old and organization of the new.” p.116

7. Tactics

“Tactics are those conscious deliberate acts by which human beings live with each other and deal with the world around them. … Here our concern is with the tactic of taking; how the Have-Nots can take power away from the Haves.” p.126

Always remember the first rule of power tactics (pps.127-134):

1. “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”

2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people. When an action or tactic is outside the experience of the people, the result is confusion, fear and retreat…. [and] the collapse of communication.

3. “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy. Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)

4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.”

5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.”

6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”

7. “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag. Man can sustain militant interest in any issue for only a limited time….”

8. “Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.”

9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”

10. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign.”

11. “If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside… every positive has its negative.”

12. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and ‘frozen.’…

“…any target can always say, ‘Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?’ When your ‘freeze the target,’ you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments…. Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the ‘others’ come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target…’

“One acts decisively only in the conviction that all the angels are on one side and all the devils on the other.” (pps.127-134)

These are the strategic tactics being employed against America’s Conservative majority every single day by the Democrat and Republican Leadership, by the Fifth Column Treasonous Media, by Academia, and by those within the Legal/Jurisprudence system. America’s conservatives are fighting a battle to save the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America, but they are doing so blinded by lies that they have been told all of their lives. No, there absolutely is no conspiracy involved, these people are working right out in the open to fundamentally transform America into a Marxist State. And if that phrase I keep repeating should by any chance sound familiar, “Fundamentally Transforming” it ought to.

Barack Obama knew exactly what he was saying when he chose that phrase, it was not coincidence or accident. His Whitehouse Staff did not inadvertently or accidentally place a Chairman Mao Christmas bulb on the Whitehouse Christmas tree. They know exactly what it is that they are doing. The Fifth Column Treasonous Media are not supporting the Obama agenda because they like or admire Barack Obama, they are doing so because the Obama agenda is very closely aligned to their own Marxist agenda. Because they are “Fellow Travelers” striving to bring about a “Fundamental Transformation” from America’s traditional Constitutional Republic, to their vision of a perfect Marxist Utopia.

Barack Obama’s version of a Marxist Utopia is Mao centric, where as the Fifth Column Treasonous Media is more Stalinist/Leninist based contrasting to those in Academia and within the Legal/Jurisprudence system who are Karl Marx/Friedrich Engels based. Each is a different ideological flavor of the exact same rat poison. They do not work together because they like each other or are conspiring together, but because at the end of the day they understand, that they are all at their root, Marxists and their goal, though different in flavor is just that, a difference in ideological flavors that can be worked out in true Marxist fashion once they have complete control over America.

This is why it is not a conspiracy, because they are not conspiring, they are “Fellow Travelers“.

What you cannot do.

Rule number one. You cannot solve any problem if you refuse to or cannot acknowledge that there is a problem that requires solving. That is it, end of story, period, go home and play with your toys. Problem solving can be a very complex process, it can involve many many steps. But the very first step is always the exact same. You must first at a bare minimum suspect that there is a problem. No problem that did not or does not exist has ever been solved.

As it happens we just happen to live in a universe with a number of rather unique characteristics. One of those unique characteristics is fundamental to problem solving, and in fact, is what allows problem solving to even be possible. What this primary and fundamental physical laws of our universe is known as is “Causation”. Causation is a law which states that Cause always precedes effect. It is an involute, or absolute law. In other words, things never ever just start halfway through their process, or begin at the end and work their way to the start. Something about the way our universe is physically constructed forbids that from ever happening.

If the universe worked any other way, then it would be virtually impossible to ever solve any problem of any kind. It would in fact be impossible to identify that a problem even existed. If you cannot identify a problem, then you cannot solve that problem, it really is that simple. One of, if not the single most powerful problem solving tool is something known as a flowchart. Flowcharts take ruthless advantage of that unique characteristic of the universe known as “Causation”.

A flowchart allows one to trace the path of any system, from it’s point of origin, through it’s intended process, to it’s end product. The interesting thing about a flowchart, is it doesn’t care what is being documented. It can be a computer program, an electrical schematic, the engineering blue prints for a Boeing 787, it doesn’t matter. Flowcharts show how things go from their point of origin through their various processes to where they finally end up.Moreover since they deal with dynamic systems, flowcharts are not restricted to manufactured objects. They can be employed to describe natural systems as well.

Once you are aware that a problem exists, or at the bare minimum suspect that one exists the second rule of problem solving comes into play. Rule number Two: You cannot solve any problem, if you do not correctly identify what the problem is. You could literally spend eternity running around in circles trying to fix a problem, if you do not correctly identify what the problem is, because you will end up fixing the symptoms rather than what is causing the symptoms.

This is what makes flowcharts so profoundly useful in problem solving. Since a flowchart describes the procedural changes in a dynamic system it allows you to track a problems point of origin. Finding a problems point of origin is an absolute necessity in solving the problem. It is an absolute necessity because without knowing a problems point of origin, you can never know if you are dealing with a cause or an effect. Correcting the effect without correcting what caused it never solves a problem, it simply shifts the problem to another vector. Shifting a problem from one vector to another by correcting the effect rather than the cause has the inevitable result that you are constantly chasing what appear to be new and unexpected problems that spring up.

The American political system is typified by a systemic failure to grasp the nature of problem solving. On those rare occasions when anyone in the American political aristocracy does attempt to solve a problem, it invariably results in disaster because they fail to observe Rule Number Two: they fail to observe rule number two, literally for two different reasons. Reason number one, is, because they are politicians, not problem solvers. Reason number two, is, because they are politicians, not problem solvers.

Ok, I know that sounds like reason number one and reason number two are the same reason, but they actually are not the same.

Reason Number One: they are politicians. In other words, their training and skill sets are in politics rather than the analytical dynamics of problem solving. Politics is not problem solving, it is friction reduction. There is a profound difference between the art of compromise, which is basically what politics is, and problem solving. Because of the nature of “friction reduction” or compromise it involves learning to artfully conceal or mask over the origins of many problems. Remember, if you cannot find the origin of a problem, you cannot solve that problem, the very best you can do is spend forever chasing the symptoms of the problem and putting band-aids on those symptoms.

In engineering this is known as a kludge, it’s an ugly patch to a system, because you can’t always go all the way back to the beginning of a problem and fix it from it’s point of origin. Sometimes you are stuck fixing the problems created by the original problem, but you can never fix the original problem. The one thing that is certain when faced with a kludge, it’s is going to cause problems. This relates to politics because, well virtually everything in politics is a kludge.

Reason Number Two: They are not Problem solvers. To quote president Obama’s adviser Rahm Emanuel, “Never allow a crisis to go to waste,”. This is not problem solving, it is at best a Machiavellian exploitation of events for the purpose of amassing power. Which, is that other reason that politicians are not problem solvers, solving a problem has little if anything to do with the personal accumulation of wealth or power. It is a basic assumption that a politicians job is to solve problems, however, since the actual act of solving a problem would have the result of diminishing the capability of a politician to accumulate both power and wealth, actually solving problems would be a self defeating task for a politician.

Politicians have a vested interest in not exposing the point of origins of most of the problems that they are tasked with solving. It’s kind of a brick wall kind of thing. Each generation of politician stakes his or her reputation upon various projects or “Accomplishments” that history will record as their doings. The next generation of politician builds upon the foundations laid down by the previous generation of politician. Ted Kennedy built upon Lyndon Johnson “Great Society” while Lyndon Johnson built upon Eisenhower’s “People to People” social revolution. Thus if a politician wants their own legacy to stand, they need to ensure that the foundation it is built upon is not destroyed out from under them.

What this means is never going back to the point of origin of any political problem because doing so would destroy the work or legacy of anyone who built on the point of origin of a problem that was not identified for a generation or two after it started. I used the Ted Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Dwight Eisenhower example specifically to point out this problem. Ted Kennedy championed as his legacy a solution to America’s illegal immigration problems. The problem is, that Kennedy’s solution is based on Lyndon Johnson’s’ disastrous “Great Society”.

Johnson’s “Great society” was an attempt to eliminate racial, social and economic injustices in America. To achieve those lofty goals the Johnson Administration created a number of government programs which obstinately were designed to provide assistance to those who were disadvantaged. Enter the “Aid to Women with Dependent Children” Act, or Welfare as it is most commonly known. This was a federal program where the Federal Government provided the States with money to pay women with children whose husbands had left them an amount sufficient to prevent them being thrown out on the street or starving, it provided little more than that.

However, like all government programs, the “Aid to Women with Dependent Children” Act was subject to the “Law of unintended Consequences”. One of those unintended consequences was the destruction of the minority nuclear family. It was caused by a clause in the “Aid to Women with Dependent Children” Act which actually required that in order to receive their welfare check, the father of a woman’s children could not maintain a residence with her, she had to have been abandoned by him.

When it was first created the “Great Society” welfare safety net was only intended to be a temporary solution to a series of problems created by adverse economic conditions combined with the high losses in the male population resulting from a series of wars that the United States had been involved in (WWII, Korea, Vietnam). There was a misbelief that persists even to this very day in many circles that during the Korean and Vietnamese wars the minorities in America took a disproportionate hit in causalities. A statistical analysis of causalities among American Military service personal by ethnicity has proven that this is not and never was the case. But belief that it was resulted in a higher set aside rate for minorities to receive welfare benefits and ended up creating an entire minority welfare culture where spousal abandonment was the norm rather than the exception.

It also opened the door to illegal alien social services benefit eligibility. Because of the tragic and disastrous conclusions of both the Korean and Vietnamese wars America endured sudden and massive influxes of undocumented refugees. They arrived on America’s shores literally without a penny or any marketable job skill sets. Opening the door to admit this tsunami of immigrates meant further changes to a social safety net system that was already badly frayed and damaged. The anti-discrimination laws that were an integral part of Lyndon Johnson’s “Great Society” came brutally into play when Southeast Asian’s fleeing Korea and Vietnam were granted eligibility to the welfare system, so likewise were any illegal aliens from places other than Southeast Asia, places like, Mexico or South America.

Dwight Eisenhower, faced with a growing illegal immigration problem from Mexico and South America authorized a project known as “Operation Wetback”. Operation Wetback arrested and deported over 1 million illegal aliens over the space of 2 months. The arrest and deportation rate was so successful that even the most conservative estimate suggest that another 5 million illegal aliens self deported rather than be arrested and loose everything except the cloths on their backs as they were deported. As the anti-discrimination laws of the “Great Society” kicked into full gear in the late 60’s and early 70’s a brand new incentive for Mexican and South American illegal aliens to enter the United States emerged. It was not just incredibly higher wages than could be obtained in their home countries, but access to the American welfare social safety net.

Solving this illegal immigration problem does not involve granting amnesty to 25 million illegal aliens. It involves understanding why they come here illegally in the first place. It involves admitting that Eisenhower’s “People to People” Johnson’s “Great Society” even Ronald Reagan’s “Welfare Reform” were all subject to the Law of Unintended Consequences” and created problems that can really only be solved by going back to the fundamental principals of problem solving.

Before you can solve any problem, you have to be able to acknowledge that there is a problem, you then must trace the problem back to it’s point of origin in order to correctly identify what the real problem is. America’s illegal immigration problem is a part of a much larger problem, fixing the illegal immigration problem will not solve the problem that caused the illegal immigration problem. That has it’s roots, it’s point of origin much further back in American History.

But Eisenhower’s “People to People” and Johnson’s “Great Society” are clues to where and when the real underlying problems America faces today did originate. If you look carefully enough you can follow the clues, you can put them on a flowchart that leads back to where the problems did originate. The majority of problems that America suffers today can be traced directly back to America’s Civil War. But oddly enough, not to the War itself. After America’s civil war America took a good hard look at itself. A lot of Americans did not like what they saw, so they began looking for solutions to problems that were exposed by the civil war.

Europe had likewise been struggling with centuries old problems and a couple of brash, ruthless amoral and politically twisted individuals created what they managed to convince a large number of the growing intellectual atheist class was the perfect solution to all of Europe and the world social evils. They were Friedrich Engels and Karl Marx. Their revolutionary idea’s found fertile ground in an America struggling with the aftermath of a civil war. The heart of Marxism is was and remains the belief that human nature can be shaped and molded according to the moral and ethical dictates of men who have cast aside all faith in anything other than their own intellectual capacity for logical reasoning.

To the adherents of the politically ideologies of Friedrich Engels and Karl Marx there was but one single solitary moral, ethical, or ideological standard. The End Justifies the Means. That was it, and there was absolutely nothing what so ever that they were not prepared or willing to do to achieve their end goal. There end goal, was nothing less than their own vision of what paradise should be. Their vision of paradise, was a world where there is absolutely no distinguishable difference between anyone on the face of the earth. Where their were no masters and no slaves, no aristocrats and no servants, no wealthy and no poor.

America recruited these new Marxist intellectuals into it’s academic institutes in the foolish and profoundly mistaken hopes that the wealth of their new progressive idea’s could and would be used to sew up the wounds of the civil war, that America’s torn and battered national fabric could be restored and then used to create the utopian dream that America’s Founding Father’s wrote of in America’s Founding documents. What those University and College presidents and boards didn’t understand, was that those who were adherents to or advocates of Marxism never had any intentions of helping America become anything other than a Marxist totalitarian hellhole.

You cannot abandon all of your morals and ethics in order to create a social order of virtue, of the highest moral and ethical standards. Which is exactly what Marxism attempts to do. Once “The End Justifies the Mean” becomes your moral and ethical standard, you no longer have any moral or ethical standards. You cannot abandon all moral and ethical standards and then build a society that is anything other than constant violence, betrayal or victim-hood. You simply cannot demand of everyone else that they behave in a moral and ethical manner, when you have proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that you yourself do not believe, accept or practice those exact same moral or ethical values.

Pelosi: Congressional pay cut undermines dignity of the job

“I don’t think we should do it; I think we should respect the work we do,” Pelosi told reporters in the Capitol. “I think it’s necessary for us to have the dignity of the job that we have rewarded.”

The comments were made in the context of the looming sequester, which would force across-the-board cuts affecting most federal offices, including Congress. With lawmakers nowhere near a deal to avert those cuts, federal agencies are bracing for ways to absorb them with minimum damage to programs and personnel.

Pelosi, whose husband is a wealthy real-estate developer, was quick to note that a cut in her own pay would be far less significant than that for both staffers and less wealthy members of Congress.

This is the same Nancy Pelosi who once informed us, “You have to pass the Bill to find out what’s in it”. Who told us without batting an eye, that “Unemployment Compensation” checks were stimulus payments to the economy. After 8 years in congress the average congress member is a multimillionaire, and they have gotten that way through acts that if anyone not a member of congress were to engage they would be libel for felony prosecution. Doctors, lawyers and most other professionals can be sued when their “Work” damages their patient or client. Congress has long since exempted themselves from this threat. Those who currently inhabit congress are a case study in why this exemption on elected officials should be rescinded.

It is well past time that elected officials be subject to the same criminal fraud laws that the entire rest of the country is subject to. California’s Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein not only should not be in congress, they should both be sharing Randy “Duke” Cunningham’s old Federal Prison cell. Feinstein has committed a level of fraud that to date the only other American to pull off is Bernie Madoff. She funneled literally HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars to her husbands contracting company. It’s not even a secret that she has done so in clear violation of even the most absurdly loose interpretation of legal or ethical standards. Nancy Pelosi, who apparently only lack the ingenuity of Feinstein has likewise enriched herself at the expense of the Tax Paying citizen.

Up until just recently it wasn’t even a crime for members of congress to engage in the exact same kind of insider trading that Martha Stewart was convicted of. Senate Majority leader Harry Reid has made his own personal fortune through real estate transactions where he purchased land, knowing full well that he was about to pass a bill that would impact the value of the land in question.

Then there is Sen. Bob Menendez, who beyond his predilection for having sexual intercourse with minors in foreign countries apparently makes a rather nice little profit selling his vote on any pending legislation to the highest bidder.

The actions of those officials elected to congress in enriching themselves have become the very definition of Mendacious Malfeasance. That they should be immune to prosecution for what can scarcely be described as little other than legislative malpractice does nothing short of adding insult to injury. To suggest that their being voted out of office is somehow a fair act of retribution for their acts of legislative malpractice is on a par with suggesting that Bernie Madoff or Jeffery Skilling would have been fairly rewarded for their criminal enterprises by only being fired from their positions.

Passing the Affordable Health Care Act without reading what was in it before voting on it amounts to nothing less than criminal negligence and legislative malpractice. The Law of Unintended consequences should not be a safe haven for elected officials, it should be a criminal statue used to prosecute those who enact laws that damage the freedoms and liberties of the American citizen, the United states constitution and the economic stability of the United States of America. It should be a bludgeon applied to the heads and shoulders of every elected official in America to force them to consider what the impact on future generations of the legislation they are forcing on this great republic is before they pass it.

Los Angeles officially becomes a Dystopian nightmare.

The great Dystopia’s of fiction have come to us from authors such as Yevgeny Zamyatin, Aldous Huxley, Kurt Vonnegut, Ray Bradbury, or my own personal favorite Philip K Dick, who whose highly memorable Dystopian nightmare was from “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep” or, as you are more like to remember it, “Blade Runner“.

Dystopia’s are by their nature visions of society where pretty much everything that can go wrong has gone wrong, and yet somehow like an animal or hero that refuses to die, the society still clings bitterly, desperately to life. The literary device of a dystopia exists as a cautionary tale, a warning sign on the highway warning that the bridge ahead is out, an air raid siren warning you that you are about to be bombed. Most people read or watch stories about dystopia’s for the vicarious thrill of seeing how bad things can get and yet witnessing the triumph of the human spirit over the adversity in the apocalyptic events of the story.

What the majority of readers/viewers don’t get, is that the writers of dystopian novels are usually describing to them, the very societies that they live in. Philip K Dick’s Dystopian nightmare from “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep”/Blade Runner, depicts a dystopian Los Angeles in November 2019. Though written in 1968, it never the less describes Los Angeles in its brutal ugly seething anti-war Vietnam protest civil unrest cultural upheaval hippy counter culture throes and then forward projects it to it’s worst case scenario.

Well, welcome to 2013, a mere 6 years short of Philip K Dick’s projected time line and Los Angles has officially arrived at Philip K Dick’s Dystopian future. Substitute Christopher Jordan Dorner with the androids in Blade Runner and the rest just sort of writes itself.

From the mid 60’s on the LAPD have managed one unbelievable misstep after another tragically avoidable blunder. From 1965’s Watt’s Riots to the Rodney King Riots to the Rampart Division’s “CRASH Unit” scandal. The LAPD’s single most consistent characteristic has been it’s arrogant condescendingly corrupt “Thin Blue Line”.

If you lived in or live in Los Angeles from 1965 on up until today and were, middle class or upper class and white, then odds are you think the LAPD are good guys doing a difficult job and taking an unfair rap over a few unfortunate incidents. You think this because, you’ve never had an unpleasant or misunderstood encounter with the LAPD.

If you you lived in or live in Los Angeles from 1965 on up until today and are a minority, then odds are really good that you do not hold such a warm and glowing opinion of the LAPD, and you do not because unlike the white middle/upper class Angelinos, the LAPD never treated you with kid gloves, they never gave you the benefit of a doubt and they never ever politely requested your cooperation.

Hell, most Los Angeles residents still know nothing what so ever regarding the single worst police corruption scandal in the history of the United States of America, even though it took place right there in Los Angeles during the 80’s and 90’s. A scandal that was breaking at the exact same time as OJ Simpson was going on trial for murdering his wife and Ron Goldman. A scandal that was taking place at the very same Rampart Division that was responsible for arresting and producing the evidence in the OJ Simpson trial.

So, yes, the LAPD and the Los Angeles city attorneys office, the Mayor and the city counsel all made the intentional decision to sweep the Rampart scandal under the carpet until after the OJ Simpson trial so as not to jeopardize their ability to obtain a conviction against OJ Simpson. Wow. Not only did they sweep it under the carpet for the OJ Simpson trial, they kept it there nearly an entire decade. And when it finally did find it’s way out to the public, well, let’s just say that it never actually did find it’s way out to the public. What the LAPD did finally did admit to, was less than 1% of the reality of what the Rampart “CRASH Unit” was guilty of doing.

Los Angeles is no longer a majority white, middle/upper class city. Those days are long gone and they are never coming back. The minority communities might not be the majority now, or even any time in the foreseeable future, but they have not forgotten the treatment that they received at the LAPD’s hands just a few short decades ago.

What the arrogant, ignorant white middle/upper class Angelinos don’t know about the LAPD, the African-America and Hispanic communities cannot and will not forget. They remember what they could not get the news in L.A. to investigate. They remember all to well.

They remember what the Rampart “CRASH Unit” was really doing in their neighborhoods. Not what the News was reporting, not what the police briefings were claiming, not what the Mayor’s office was boasting about. No, they remember what the Crash unit was REALLY doing in their neighborhoods. They were selling drugs, running prostitutes and murdering anyone who got in their way or tried to oppose them or compete with them. But most importantly, most profoundly critical to everyone’s memory, it wasn’t the 4 or 5 officers that the LAPD finally allowed to be scapegoated in their Potemkin village Kabuki Theater pretend show trial, oh look hey we cleaned up a few corrupt cops now were the good guys again bullshit parade.

How does this all connect at all with Christopher Dorner? Well it connects indirectly and directly. It’s direct connection is that it is the rationalization that Christopher Dorner himself makes for his own actions. Through a rather long and at times seemingly disjointed and rambling manifesto Dorner basically makes the assertion that the systemic culture of corruption that fed the Rampart Scandal was not only never addressed, but was in fact rewarded. And that that exact same culture of corruption and those exact same corrupt and now senior LAPD officials destroyed his career as a LAPD officer because he attempted to fight that corruption. It is Christopher Dorner’s contention that resorting to violence as he is doing, is and was his last resort in bringing this systemic culture of corruption into the light for the entire world to see. Personally I am not buying that part of Dorner’s story. The victims he has chosen suggest that he is more of a unstable sociopath than just a misunderstood anti-hero.

The indirect connection can be found in the disturbing amount of public support Dorner has been receiving. As I said above, the LAPD has managed to pretty much do everything wrong that could be done wrong when it comes to their relationships with Los Angeles’ minority communities. So you end up with exactly what L.A. now has, a monster on the loose. A, for lack of any better description, serial killer running around hunting cops and anyone related to them, and 30 percent of the population of L.A. is rooting for the serial killer.

A few personal observations of this years Flu season.

In short, the flu going around really really sucks. I came down with it on Feb. 4th, spent all week in bed feeling like I was about to die. At some points as I alternated between burning up and freezing I almost wished I would die just to end it. Word being passed around in the media is that this years flu is one of the most brutal and deadly flu to hit America in a long while.

While I cannot confirm that, what I can confirm is, you really really don’t want to catch this nasty little virus. It will kick your ass. It will make you cry uncle, squeal like a pig and then sometime during the night go into long rants of gibberish that make Obama speeches seem rational and logical. It will basically turn you into an undead zombie for about a week.
