What is the point of having a constitution if the President of the United States of America is under no legal constraint to adhere to it?
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Forbes writer Ilya Shapiro lists 10 of Barack Obama’s most painfully obvious and blatant violations of the United States Constitution, and these are just the ones he violated in 2013.
1. Delay of Obamacare’s out-of-pocket caps.
2. Delay of Obamacare’s employer mandate.
3. Delay of Obamacare’s insurance requirements.
4. Exemption of Congress from Obamacare.
5. Expansion of the employer mandate penalty through IRS regulation.
6. Political profiling by the IRS.
7. Outlandish Supreme Court arguments.
8. Recess appointments.
9. Assault on free speech and due process on college campuses.
10. Mini-DREAM Act.
It was hard to limit myself to 10 items, of course—Obamacare alone could’ve filled many such lists—but these, in my judgment, represent the chief executive’s biggest dereliction this year of his duty to “preserve, protect, and defend” the Constitution, and to “take care that the law be faithfully executed.”
Alas, things may get worse before they get better. New presidential “counselor” John Podesta’s belief in governance by fiat is no secret; in a 2010 report, he wrote that focusing on executive power “presents a real opportunity for the Obama administration to turn its focus away from a divided Congress and the unappetizing process of making legislative sausage.”

Barack Obama has without any doubt or question been the most corrupt, dishonest and Constitution violating individual to ever take up residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. He make the criminal actions taken by Richard Nixon seem like a Sunday School child caught taking to many free cookies at the church ice cream social. Bear in mind that Ilya Shapiro’s list only covers things Obama did in 2013, not all the times he has violated the United States Constitution.
Let’s return again for a minute to Article 2 Section 4 of the United States Constitution; The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
The United States Government has lost it’s legitimacy, Congress, both the House and the Senate are under a legal obligation to Impeach Barack Obama for Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. Like Barack Obama, the so called Constitutional Scholar, they have willfully and with a full forethought of malice, made the decision to ignore and defy their legal obligation under Article 2 Section 4 of the United States Constitution. This makes them co-conspirators with Barack Obama to violate and subvert the Constitution of the United States of America. In effect, it renders them traitors to the United States Constitution. Ergo, the United States of America no longer has a legitimate Government.
To those ignorant or otherwise unaware, all oaths of office and all military oaths sworn in the United States of America are sworn, not to the government, nor any State, or even to any commanding officer, but are all universally sworn to the United States Constitution. Without the Constitution of the United States of America, no government or individual holding power here has any legitimacy what-so-ever. Obama’s constant violations of the United States Constitution have rendered him a illegitimate holder of the office of President of the United States of America, and Congress by abdicating it’s Constitutionally legal obligation to act as a check and balance on Obama illegal actions has likewise rendered itself illegitimate.
We might as well quit pretending that the United States of America has a Constitution, the President of the United States will neither abide by it, nor protect and defend it, nor will Congress or the Supreme Court of the United States. A right that you cannot exercise is a right that you do not have, likewise a Constitution that no office holder is legally obligated to adhere to is a Constitution that does not exist.
