Choosing Barabbas.

During the 2012 Democrat National Convention the delegates willfully and intentional kicked God out the Democrat Party. It was only at the personal intervention of Barack Insane Obama that God was brought back into the Party, and even then only because Obama was a shrewd enough politician to understand that kicking God out of the Democrat Party Publicly would have disastrous consequences for his reelection bid. Barack Insane Obama did not insist on bringing God back into the Democrat Party out of any love for or faith in God, it was a purely political calculation.

Those who have read the New Testament are aware of who Barabbas was. When Jesus Christ was brought before Pontius Pilate according to the Gospel account, Pilate gave the Jewish citizen of Jerusalem a choice. Because it was the Highest of Jewish Holy Days, he could release one prisoner condemned to die. The choice was between Jesus of Nazareth or Barabbas a militant revolutionary and convicted murder. The Gospels tell us that the crowd, led by the religious leaders of Jerusalem chose Barabbas.

Now whether that actually happened or not is up for speculation, what is not up for speculation however is that the entire Jewish people have been slandered and maligned for the last 2000 years for having chosen a murder over Jesus Christ. This is not however the case that we are seeing today. Today, we are in fact witnessing a nearly perfect reenactment of that public choosing of Barabbas over Jesus Christ by the Democrat Party. The exact same Democrat Party that attempted to kick Jesus Christ out of their party at the 2012 Democrat National convention.

Texas filibuster champ ready to lead … Democrats

No, I’m not talking about Senator Ted Cruz, but the Texas filibuster champ that had been the delight of the media and of Democrats, if you’ll pardon the redundancy. Wendy Davis, who took the floor in an attempt to defend late-term abortion and unregulated clinics despite public sentiment heavily tilted against both, has chosen to ride that public sentiment into the Texas gubernatorial race:

Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis and her advisers have begun informing influential Democrats that she intends to run for governor in 2014, according to multiple sources familiar with Davis’s conversations.

The Fort Worth legislator made a national name for herself in June when she mounted a filibuster against new proposed abortion clinic regulations. Texas Republicans ultimately passed those restrictions into law in a special session called by outgoing Republican Gov. Rick Perry.

I’m not sure readers will remember that. That took place a long time ago, when the media found itself enchanted by gestures they’d later call pointless and empty, and celebrated them by highlighting the footwear of those who conducted those efforts. You know … three months ago.

Wendy Davis is a unapologetic advocate for the most vile, contemptuous and evil form of murder conceivable. Yes, that is what abortion is, it is the murder of the absolutely most innocent and vulnerable of all human beings. This is what the Marxist pretending to be Democrat Party has reduced itself to. Anyone who believes that they can support the murder of children, or maintain a neutral position on it and not be judged by God for doing so, is going to be in for the mother of all rude shocks on Judgement Day.

Whether Wendy Davis is successful in her bid for the Governorship of Texas or not is genuinely beside the point. The point is, the Democrat Party has made public their choice, and they have chosen Barabbas over Jesus Christ. The only question now remaining is will the State of Texas likewise raise it’s collective hand and chose Barabbas…
