The incestuous relationship between the Fifth Column Treasonous Media and the Marxist Democrat party has not escaped the notice of many people living in the United States of America these days. Robert J. Samuelson opinion columnist for the Washington Post displays with a startling pride the ignorance and narcissism that was the hallmark of Joesph Stalin’s “Useful Idiots”.
Beware the Internet and the danger of cyberattacks
By Robert J. Samuelson, Published: June 30
If I could, I would repeal the Internet. It is the technological marvel of the age, but it is not — as most people imagine — a symbol of progress. Just the opposite. We would be better off without it. I grant its astonishing capabilities: the instant access to vast amounts of information, the pleasures of YouTube and iTunes, the convenience of GPS and much more. But the Internet’s benefits are relatively modest compared with previous transformative technologies, and it brings with it a terrifying danger: cyberwar. Amid the controversy over leaks from the National Security Agency, this looms as an even bigger downside.
There is honestly very little doubt what Samuelson really means when he makes these remarks. It is not the threat of cyberwar, or even criminal hacking which finds Samuelson’s ire with the internet, but in reality, to quote any one of the numerous criminals by Mystery Inc’s Shaggy and Scooby-doo, “I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren’t for that damned meddling Internet”…
Yes.. That is Samuelson’s real objection with the internet, not that it presents another possible venue under which attacks might be carried out against nations and individuals. No, his objection is far more personal. Thanks to the internet, he and his ilk, once all powerful by virtue of their being no way for the average person to challenge their ideology or the supposed facts they report, have been exposed as little more than bald faced liars. Never before the internet were Samuelson and his fellow members of the Fifth Column Treasonous Media subject to the humiliating indignity of being challenged by the mere peons of society. Their role as the guardians of public information was a secure as Forth Knox itself, their position as members of the political aristocracy a unassailable fait accompli.
Then that damned internet had to come along and expose the truth, to make it possible for every citizen who might choose to do so, to check the facts and see for themselves if the Media was telling them the truth, or as we discovered more and more frequently, they were lying to us for the purpose of advancing their own ever increasing Marxist/Socialist agenda. Then, as if to add frightening insult to egregious injury that damned internet permitted the Hoi polloi, those of us from within the great unwashed mass, us dirty peon’s the actual ability to publicly speak back against or so called betters. It granted us the right and the ability to challenge their intellectual and moral assertions of superiority, and to do so in such a manner that exposed the Fifth Column Treasonous Media as the Fifth Column Treasonous bastards that they indisputably are.
Yes, Robert J. Samuelson, and the Democrat and Republican elitist self anointed aristocrats do absolutely wish that the internet did not exist, and would shut it down for the average persons use in a single fraction of a heartbeat if they could. We know this to be a fact, because these traitorous bastards have repeatedly attempted to pass legislation that would do exactly that.
