The Newspaper Guild & Communications Workers of America call on L.A. Tribune, stay strong Comrades

In an obvious and blatant attempt to retain the Marxist Agenda of the Fifth Column Treasonous Media today the The Newspaper Guild & Communications Workers of America made a desperate plea to the Los Angeles Tribune to not allow their propaganda organ to fall into the hands of the evil Laissez-faire Capitalist Koch Brothers.

Newspaper Guild issues statement about Tribune, Koch brothers and objective news

“We call on Tribune to make a pledge that they’ll only sell to a buyer that will protect the objectivity of the news product by making a public commitment to doing so,” say the Newspaper Guild and Communications Workers of America.

Their release:

The Newspaper Guild & Communications Workers of America Call on
Tribune Company to Protect Newspapers’ Integrity as Sale Proceeds

Recently you’ve seen many petitions asking that the Koch brothers not be allowed to buy the Tribune Company’s newspapers. We understand why the Kochs breed this distrust. They are active political proponents of harsh right-wing positions. We’re also not certain that Tribune will listen to anything but money when the final decision is made.

On July 25th of 2010 the now infamous JournoList was shut down by it’s founder, Ezra Klein. JournoList was the 2007 – 2010 mechanism by which the Marxist leaning senior members of the Fifth Column Treasonous Media coordinated their agenda while very carefully avoiding engaging in any form of legally defined conspiracy.

The Fifth Column Treasonous Media have a Marxist agenda, anyone with two functional brain cells who hasn’t deceived themselves has noticed it. This is why the polls show the pubic trust of the media is at an all time low, (60 percent say they have little to no trust of the media).

U.S. Distrust in Media Hits New High

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Americans’ distrust in the media hit a new high this year, with 60% saying they have little or no trust in the mass media to report the news fully, accurately, and fairly. Distrust is up from the past few years, when Americans were already more negative about the media than they had been in years prior to 2004.

Trend since 1997: In general, how much trust and confidence do you have in the mass media — such as newspapers, TV, and radio — when it comes to reporting the news fully, accurately, and fairly — a great deal, a fair amount, not very much, or none at all?

The record distrust in the media, based on a survey conducted Sept. 6-9, 2012, also means that negativity toward the media is at an all-time high for a presidential election year. This reflects the continuation of a pattern in which negativity increases every election year compared with the year prior. The current gap between negative and positive views — 20 percentage points — is by far the highest Gallup has recorded since it began regularly asking the question in the 1990s. Trust in the media was much higher, and more positive than negative, in the years prior to 2004 — as high as 72% when Gallup asked this question three times in the 1970s.

The Marxist fellow travelers in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media (aka The Newspaper Guild & Communications Workers of America) are desperate to keep their control over the Mainstream Media, the last thing they want is to have a genuine bona fide Conservative print Newspaper threaten to derail their agenda. The milktoast pretend Conservative Cable outlet FoxNews is giving them nightmares enough without the Conservatives getting their hands on another media outlet.

  1. I have a very bad case of distrust with the media, all of it. I had to give up listening to and watching and reading the bunk that passes for news… I feel so much better! Soldier on DG! O_o 🙂
