A few personal observations of this years Flu season.

In short, the flu going around really really sucks. I came down with it on Feb. 4th, spent all week in bed feeling like I was about to die. At some points as I alternated between burning up and freezing I almost wished I would die just to end it. Word being passed around in the media is that this years flu is one of the most brutal and deadly flu to hit America in a long while.

While I cannot confirm that, what I can confirm is, you really really don’t want to catch this nasty little virus. It will kick your ass. It will make you cry uncle, squeal like a pig and then sometime during the night go into long rants of gibberish that make Obama speeches seem rational and logical. It will basically turn you into an undead zombie for about a week.

  1. Next time you get flu symptoms (which usually begin with fever and a cough), go to the doctor asap and get tested for flu. If you have it, ask for Tamiflu.

It’s pricey, but it sure beats being laid up for a week or two.

  2. Sorry to hear you have been so ill. It could be coming from the skies. Here is a remedy to help prevent you ever getting the flu, alergies, etc. It is powerful and proven to work. Just use daily to keep your immunity up: In a 2 oz. bottle of water, add 1/2 pack of nasal salts, 1 drop of tea tree oil, 1 drop of grape seed extract, and 1 drop of eucalyptus oil. spray into nostril throughout the day to kill fungus. will help with flulike symptoms, etc
