Dianne Feinstein wants to violate the US Constitution. Yea, real shocker…

New legislation proposed by California Senator Dianne Feinstein (D) in response to the Sandy Hook shootings in Newtown, Connecticut, will provide a much more comprehensive approach to assault weapons control than the original Federal Assault Weapons ban of 1994, reports the New York Times. But what are the specifics of the senator’s proposed regulations?

The Feinstein bill will:

– Ban the sale, transfer, importation or manufacturing of 120 specifically named firearms, as well as other guns which can accept detachable magazines and have one or more “military” characteristics.

– Ban the sale, transfer, importation or manufacturing of semiautomatic weapons with fixed magazines of more than 10 rounds.

– Strengthens the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban by moving from a 2-characteristic test to a 1-characteristic test. Detachable bayonet mounts and flash suppressors are no longer considered military characteristics.

– Bans firearms with “thumbhole stocks” and “bullet buttons.” Thumbhole stocks are ergonomic modifications which make weapons easier to aim, while bullet buttons increase the speed of ejecting a spent magazine.

– Bans ammunition feeding mechanisms which can store more than 10 rounds.

– Protects the rights of existing gun owners by grandfathering in weapons legally possessed on the date of enactment, as well as exempting 900 specifically named weapons and antique, manually-operated, or permanently disabled weapons.

– Requires registration of grandfathered weapons under the National Firearms Act, which necessitates a background check, registration of type and serial number, positive identification, certification that registered guns are legal under state or local law.

– Dedicates funding to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms to enforce the above laws.

Dianne Feinstein, like all good troglodytes and Marxist aristocrats doesn’t give a damned about her sworn oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States of America. The same Dianne Feinstein who doesn’t give a damned about any law that gets between her and defrauding the American Tax payer. The same Dianne Feinstein who illegally funneled BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of dollars to her husbands company over the course of her tenure in the Senate.

Feinstein routes government money to firm doing business with husband

The Washington Times reports that Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) took unusual steps to route government funding to an agency that usually works from a separate stream of revenue just after the agency awarded her husband’s firm a lucrative contract. The FDIC gave Richard Blum’s firm, property management firm CB Richard Ellis, contracts to handle residential foreclosures at a higher rate than normal market price, even though CBRE had less experience in that market than other competing firms. And Feinstein got the FDIC the money even though she has no connection to the Senate Banking Committee, the body that normally deals with the FDIC:

On the day the new Congress convened this year, Sen. Dianne Feinstein introduced legislation to route $25 billion in taxpayer money to a government agency that had just awarded her husband’s real estate firm a lucrative contract to sell foreclosed properties at compensation rates higher than the industry norms.

Mrs. Feinstein’s intervention on behalf of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. was unusual: the California Democrat isn’t a member of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs with jurisdiction over FDIC; and the agency is supposed to operate from money it raises from bank-paid insurance payments – not direct federal dollars.

Documents reviewed by The Washington Times show Mrs. Feinstein first offered Oct. 30 to help the FDIC secure money for its effort to stem the rise of home foreclosures. Her letter was sent just days before the agency determined that CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE) – the commercial real estate firm that her husband Richard Blum heads as board chairman – had won the competitive bidding for a contract to sell foreclosed properties that FDIC had inherited from failed banks.

About the same time of the contract award, Mr. Blum’s private investment firm reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission that it and related affiliates had purchased more than 10 million new shares in CBRE. The shares were purchased for the going price of $3.77; CBRE’s stock closed Monday at $5.14.

The same utterly corrupt Dianne Feinstein who if she were not a Senator, protected by the billions and billions of dollars she stole from the American tax payer would be sharing a prison cell with Rand “Duke” Cunningham is now attempting to nullify the 2nd amendment to the United States constitution. The second amendment is not a States Rights issue, nor does the Federal Government have any constitutional authority to regulate firearms ownership, the constitution makes this indisputably and incontrovertibly clear.

Yet Federal administration after administration and State after State have completely and totally violated the letter of the law as spelled out in no uncertain terms in the Second Amendment to the US Constitution.

Furthermore, the FBI has documented and for the most part hidden their results which prove beyond any doubt that populated centers where individual gun ownership and right to carry laws exist have the very lowest assault, murder, and robbery levels in the entire country.

Federal and State gun regulations are not and never has been about providing public safety, they are and always have been about making stripping the constitutional rights away from citizens and increasing the governments control over individuals lives.

One cannot read the 2nd amendment and in any sense of the word “honestly” come to any other conclusion that ANY law that places ANY restriction on ANY free citizen is a unconstitutional law and a blatant violation of the United States Constitution. A simple straight forward reading of the 2nd amendment makes it indisputably clear that there is no room what-so-ever in the United States Constitution for ANY “Reasonable” gun restriction.

The problem incontrovertibly is not with guns or gun ownership, it is 100 percent with those who find the United States Constitution to be inconvenient or an obstacle to their own agenda. The founding Father did not put the 2nd amendment in the US Constitution to facilitate sporting or hunting. Legions and Lictors – the Praetorian Class

The Praetorian Class includes members of the Armed Services, federal, state and local law enforcement personnel as well as numerous militarized officials including agents from the DEA, Immigrations, Customs Enforcement, Air Marshalls, US Marshalls, and more. It also includes, although to a lesser extent, various stage actors in the expanding security theater such as TSA personnel. The main mission of the Praetorian Class is to keep the order of the day. This requires displaying an intimidating presence in their interactions with the Economic Class.

As the Praetorian Class ascends, the clear, albeit unstated, message that emerges is that actions and events in the Economic Class only occur with its tacit consent. Whether driving on roads, traveling in the air, visiting public land, walking down the street or even living in your own home, every action you take is predicated on its permission. By preconditioning the populace to enforcement of its edicts, most of which are completely arbitrary, the Praetorian Class sets itself up for a high degree of autonomy in its actions. This is confirmed by the fact that consequences for malfeasance within the Praetorian Class are almost never observed, and when it happens, it typically becomes a grotesque spectacle in which one of their own is sacrificed as an example, so as to keep appearances of effective internal controls.

Members of the Praetorian Class are typically recruited from the Economic Class and usually from the lower socio-economic spectrum, which offers them an opportunity for personal and professional gain that otherwise might be out of their reach. Early on in the training and indoctrination process, a strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and advancing the welfare of the team above the individual. While independent thought is never overtly discouraged, the fact is that questioning authority and failing to display complete loyalty to the team results in censure, shunning and even expulsion. Naturally, the recruit learns in short order which behavior is rewarded and responds accordingly. This forges a lifelong, unbreakable bond between the brothers-in-arms. As they serve in their martial role, members of the Praetorian Class learn to despise members of the Political Class and to view the plight of the Economic Class with detachment or even contempt. Law enforcement and military personnel will converse behind closed doors about the most horrific injustices and brutalities with cavalier amusement. While perhaps natural, their training for violence and teamwork is a fundamental cause for why members of the Praetorian Class abandon their roots and in time come to view their peers “back on the farm” with contempt. Likewise, the steady displays of the craven and treacherous character of the Political Class causes the Praetorian Class to privately disavow emotional allegiance to their masters, usually early in their service.

Naturally, as the members of the Praetorian Class socially distance themselves from both their origins and their masters, even though they are paid to do their bidding, a new group identity among them emerges. Adoption of this group identity, forged by the training, indoctrination and work, defines membership in the Praetorian Class. Some of the characteristics of this identity include:

Viewing everything and everyone according to a perceived threat posture. The members’ thought processes, beliefs and actions center on viewing the world through a paradigm of a graduated conflict spectrum and how to posture themselves accordingly. Even in the most mundane settings, their conversations tend to be awkward if not centered on their martial duties.

Tight internal socialization. Because they view life through a martial paradigm, members tend to socialize almost exclusively amongst themselves. Immediate family members are expected to do the same, which naturally occurs anyway as they can share experiences that external relationships simply are unable to address.

Loyalty is the highest honor. Whether referred to as the blue wall of silence or the brotherhood in arms, even the most egregious transgressions are buried. If the misdeeds are internal, meaning member versus member, the justice is handled internally. On the other hand, external missteps are typically swept under the rug and significant chicane is experienced by outsiders who seek to learn the truth.

In a relatively free and peaceful society, members of the communities that form the Praetorian Class lead a discrete existence. Members of the military commute to and from their place of work and are largely invisible to both the Political and Economic Class, certainly in communities that are not “Praetorian” communities. Attendance at cultural events in uniform is frowned upon, if not explicitly forbidden. During these times, members of the military and law enforcement are expected to live and operate outside the perception of other members of society, their purpose and function regarded with a sense of detachment and perhaps even subtle curiosity.

As the Political Class increasingly calls upon the Praetorian Class to ensure their order, however, their martial nature becomes more visible in the fabric of day-to-day life. This serves several purposes. For one, it allows the Political Class to demonstrate its willingness to use unlimited force to achieve its objectives, something that was always the case but is now made publicly visible. Rationalizing the increased public profile, a stream of honorifics is bestowed upon the Praetorian Class so that they may be presented as defenders of the Economic Class. This is accomplished through the time-tested use of pageantry, pomp and circumstance.

Over time, additional perquisites are bestowed upon the Praetorian Class including preferential treatment in both private and public facilities. Preferred air travel accommodations for uniformed personnel, including dedicated lines at TSA checkpoints and preferential boarding, have recently emerged as cultural standards that further distance the Praetorian Class from the masses.

Stanley Milgram did an experiment in the 1960’s that showed that the average human would engage in inhuman behavior towards innocent individuals if they believed that a sufficient authority figure had ordered them to. This observation is at the root of the Ends justify them means ideology.

It is why the Hitler’s and Stalin’s and Pol Pots of history were able to use the ends as a justification for the utterly unacceptable violence and dehumanization of their fellow human beings in the name of creating great societies.

The notion that it could not happen here in America is a child’s fantasy at best and a pathetic excuses for allowing evil to happen without taking action.

This does not mean that Saul Alinsky’s rules for Radicals is off limits to the right, but it means that we must establish limits to what is acceptable and what is not and we must rigorously adhere to those limits.

It has also been resolved in parliament, that colonists charged with committing certain offences, shall be transported to England to be tried.

But why should we enumerate our injuries in detail? By one statute it is declared, that parliament can “of right make laws to bind us in all cases whatsoever.” What is to defend us against so enormous, so unlimited a power? Nota single man of those who assume it, is chosen by us; or is subject to our controul or influence; but, on the contrary, they are all of them exempt from the operation of such laws, and an American revenue, if not diverted from the ostensible purposes for which it is raised, would actually lighten their own burdens in proportion, as they increase ours. We saw the misery to which such despotism would reduce us. We for ten years incessantly and ineffectually besieged the throne as supplicants; we reasoned, we remonstrated with parliament, in the most mild and decent language.

Administration sensible that we should regard these oppressive measures as freemen ought to do, sent over fleets and armies to enforce them. The indignation of the Americans was roused, it is true; but it was the indignation of a virtuous, loyal, and affectionate people. A Congress of delegates from the United Colonies was assembled at Philadelphia, on the fifth day of last September. We resolved again to offer an humble and dutiful petition to the King, and also addressed our fellow-subjects of Great-Britain. We have pursued every temperate, every respectful measure: we have even proceeded to break off our commercial intercourse with our fellow-subjects, as the last peaceable admonition, that our attachment to no nation upon earth should supplant our attachment to liberty. –This, we flattered ourselves, was the ultimate step of the controversy: but subsequent events have shewn, how vain was this hope of finding moderation in our enemies.

Fruitless were all the entreaties, arguments, and eloquence of an illustrious band of the most distinguished peers, and commoners, who nobly and stren[u]ously asserted the justice of our cause, to stay, or even to mitigate the heedless fury with which these accumulated and unexampled outrages were hurried on. –Equally fruitless was the interference of the city of London, of Bristol, and many other respectable towns in our favour. Parliament adopted an insidious manoeuvre calculated to divide us, to establish a perpetual auction of taxations where colony should bid against colony, all of them uninformed what ransom would redeem their lives; and thus to extort from us, at the point of the bayonet, the unknown sums that should be sufficient to gratify, if possible to gratify, ministerial rapacity, with the miserable indulgence left to us of raising, in our own mode, the prescribed tribute. Soon after the intelligence of these proceedings arrived on this continent,general Gage, who in the course of the last year had taken possession of the town of Boston, in the province of Massachusetts-Bay, and still occupied it is [as] a garrison, on the 19th day of April, sent out from that place a large detachment of his army, who made an unprovoked assault on the inhabitants of the said province,at the town of Lexington, as appears by the affidavits of a great number of persons, some of whom were officers and soldiers of that detachment, murdered eight of the inhabitants, and wounded many others. From thence the troops proceeded in warlike array to the town of Concord, where they set upon another party of the inhabitants of the same province, killing several and wounding more,until compelled to retreat by the country people suddenly assembled to repel this cruel aggression. Hostilities, thus commenced by the British troops, have been since prosecuted by them without regard to faith or reputation. –The inhabitants of Boston being confined within that town by the general their governor, and having, in order to procure their dismission, entered into a treaty with him, it was stipulated that the said inhabitants having deposited their arms with their own magistrates, should have liberty to depart, taking with them their other effects. They accordingly delivered up their arms, but in open violation of honour, in defiance of the obligation of treaties, which even savage nations esteemed sacred, the governor ordered the arms deposited as aforesaid, that they might be preserved for their owners, to be seized by a body of soldiers; detained the greatest part of the inhabitants in the town, and compelled the few who were permitted to retire, to leave their most valuable effects behind.

By this perfidy wives are separated from their husbands, children from their parents, the aged and the sick from their relations and friends, who wish to attend and comfort them; and those who have been used to live in plenty and even elegance,are reduced to deplorable distress.

The general, further emulating his ministerial masters, by a proclamation bearing date on the 12th day of June, after venting the grossest falsehoods and calumnies against the good people of these colonies, proceeds to “declare them all, either by name or description, to be rebels and traitors, to supersede the course of the common law, and instead thereof to publish and order the use and exercise of the law martial.” –His troops have butchered our countrymen, have wantonly burnt Charlestown, besides a considerable number of houses in other places; our ships and vessels are seized; the necessary supplies of provisions are intercepted, and he is exerting his utmost power to spread destruction and devastation around him.

We have received certain intelligence, that general Carelton [Carleton], the governor of Canada, is instigating the people of that province and the Indians to fall upon us; and we have but too much reason to apprehend, that schemes have been formed to excite domestic enemies against us. In brief, a part of these colonies now feel, and all of them are sure of feeling, as far as the vengeance of administration can inflict them, the complicated calamities of fire, sword, and famine. We are reduced to the alternative of chusing an unconditional submission to the tyranny of irritated ministers, or resistance by force. –The latter is our choice. –We have counted the cost of this contest, and find nothing so dreadful as voluntary slavery. –Honour, justice, and humanity, forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which we received from our gallant ancestors, and which our innocent posterity have a right to receive from us. We cannot endure the infamy and guilt of resigning succeeding generations to that wretchedness which inevitably awaits them, if we basely entail hereditary bondage upon them.

Our cause is just. Our union is perfect. Our internal resources are great,and, if necessary, foreign assistance is undoubtedly attainable. –We gratefully acknowledge, as signal instances of the Divine favour towards us, that his Providence would not permit us to be called into this severe controversy, until we were grown up to our present strength, had been previously exercised in warlike operation, and possessed of the means of defending ourselves. With hearts fortified with these animating reflections, we most solemnly, before God and the world, declare, that, exerting the utmost energy of those powers, which our beneficent Creator hath graciously bestowed upon us, the arms we have been compelled by our enemies to assume, we will, in defiance of every hazard, with unabating firmness and perseverence, employ for the preservation of our liberties; being with one mind resolved to die freemen rather than to live slaves.

Lest this declaration should disquiet the minds of our friends and fellow-subjects in any part of the empire, we assure them that we mean not to dissolve that union which has so long and so happily subsisted between us, and which we sincerely wish to see restored. –Necessity has not yet driven us into that desperate measure, or induced us to excite any other nation to war against them. –We have not raised armies with ambitious designs of separating from Great-Britain, and establishing independent states. We fight not for glory or for conquest. We exhibit to mankind the remarkable spectacle of a people attacked by unprovoked enemies, without any imputation or even suspicion of offence. They boast of their privileges and civilization, and yet proffer no milder conditions than servitude or death.

In our own native land, in defence of the freedom that is our birthright, and which we ever enjoyed till the late violation of it – for the protection of our property, acquired solely by the honest industry of our fore-fathers and ourselves, against violence actually offered, we have taken up arms. We shall lay them down when hostilities shall cease on the part of the aggressors, and all danger of their being renewed shall be removed, and not before.

With an humble confidence in the mercies of the supreme and impartial Judge and Ruler of the Universe, we most devoutly implore his divine goodness to protect us happily through this great conflict, to dispose our adversaries to reconciliation on reasonable terms, and thereby to relieve the empire from the calamities of civil war.

No one wants to take up arms against their fellow citizens, against their brothers and fathers and sisters and mothers and sons and daughters. The founding fathers did not want to do so. But they were forced to do so by the intransigent and irreconcilable attitudes and stances of King George and the British Parliament. The Citizens of the United States of America today find themselves facing those exact same intransigent and irreconcilable attitudes and stances as they did some 236 years ago, only today it isn’t King George and the British Parliament who have set themselves up as America’s lords and masters, it is the Marxist ideologically driven Fifth Column Treasonous Media and an utterly corrupt and unresponsive Professional Political Class.

If The United States of America is to remain the home of the Brave and the land of the Free, a Constitutional Republic, of the people, by the people and for the people, then these self anointed political aristocrats and Marxist Media overlords must be shaken from their entrenched positions of power.

Breaking News:

The interpret and fearless investigators of The Wilderness of Mirrors have stumbled upon the scandal of the Century. Having heard of our relentless search for the truth an anonymous (but carefully verified) source deep within the Claus organization contacted us via the most incredibly complex encrypted communications network we have ever seen. A communications network so secure it makes the CIA and the United States Military encrypted communications network seem to be little more than a couple of soup cans connected together by a long piece of string.

Since our anonymous confident is highly placed with the Claus Organization hereafter we will refer to him only as SH1 (Santa’s Helper #1). Not only has SH1 provided us with information which is shocking and disturbing he also provided us with contact information of highly placed individuals throughout the United States Federal Government to verify the veracity of the information he has provided us with.

At this point, you, like our highly skeptical investigators must be asking yourself, “What possible kind of information could anyone within the Claus Organization have to revel that would constitute a scandal worth of being reported on by the Wilderness of Mirrors?” Quite frankly you would be well justified to ask just such a question, as were our investigative journalists. The answer will shock and disturb you.

What SH1 informed us of was… That we had been the victims of one of them most devious and underhanded deceptions and coverups in American history. A deception perpetrated against the American people by the United States Federal Government in collusion with the Fifth Column Treasonous Media that had complete rewritten American history.

A conspiracy that involved multiple bureaucratic arms of the Federal Hydra working in unison to achieve a conspiracy of unprecedented detail and complexity. A plot of deception so convoluted that even the minds of George Noore and Alex Bell recoiled with disbelief when SH1 contacted them with it’s details.

With the help of SH1 and the high level Federal contacts he put us in touch with, this is that tale of intrigue and deception we were able to uncover.

In mid 1964, a shadowy organization began infiltrating the United States Federal Government, it’s powerful influence reaching into congress and even the Whitehouse. This organizations would not be reveled to the American people as even existing until 1970, when in an act of defiance President Richard Nixon forced them out of the shadows, an act of defiance on the part of Nixon that would ultimately lead to his downfall.

The organization in question, none other than the Marxist controlled Environmental Protection Agency.

In 1964, the as yet unnamed EPA exercised for the first time what would become its trademark Iron Fist policy. According to SH1 and others we have communicated with, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer was not invited by Santa to guide his sleigh one foggy Christmas Night, but was in fact forced upon Santa by the very first victim of the still unnamed shadowy EPA.

One of the confidential sources that SH1 put us in contact with to verify the veracity of this story is an anonymous official at the highest level within…. The Federal Aviation Administration.

Getting this official to cooperate with us was extremely difficult, the location of our meeting, heavily gated, highly secure, armed guards and video camera’s everywhere. Yet, just the same, this FAA official believing that it was time that the FAA finally be released from the shame and guilt they bore all these years, agreed to meet with us and collaborate SH1’s testimony.

Since like SH1, our confidential informant inside the FAA is a highly placed official and his anonymity is paramount to avoiding substantial to his life and livelihood, we will refer to him only as TC1 (Traffic Controller #1).

TC1 confirmed to our investigators that yes, the as yet unnamed shadowy organization which would eventually be unmasked by Richard Nixon as the EPA did indeed strong-arm the FAA in 1964 and in an act of heartbreaking humiliation that every FAA official has been forced to live quietly with since, blackmailed the FAA into forcing Santa Claus to add Rudolph to his sleigh crew. No, Rudolph’s flashing red nose isn’t and never was to guide Santa through a foggy Christmas night, Rudolph is and always was intended to be a Navigation and hazard avoidance light. But more importantly, Rudolph was and still to this day, is a GPS tracking system designed to allow the EPA to monitor and track Santa Claus every move.

SH1 had spoken to me very kindly of the FAA officials who placed this odious restriction on Santa, informing me that, having snuck a look at Santa’s “Naughty and Nice” list that he knew for a fact that the FAA officials had been laced in a genuine untenable position by the shadowy Marxist puppet-masters in the yet to be named EPA. Though SH1 did not know exactly what arm twisting leverage the EPA had been able to exercise he assured me that the FAA was not responsible and and put up a heroic, but eventually unsuccessful struggle to resist the EPA.

It was only when speaking with TC1 that the details of exactly what coercive force the EPA had wielded that was able to force the FAA to tag Santa became clear. Under the deceptive and false moniker of environmental protection and with scantly less than a week before Christmas, the EPA had threatened to ground all air traffic over the United States by placing highly restrictive smog emission requirements on all aircraft flying in US air space, a move that would have completely shut down the entire American Commercial Air Travel industry, and a week before Christmas to boot.

For nearly 50 years Santa has kept the FAA’s secret, and the FAA have suffered in quiet dignity. SH1 however could no longer bare watching the sadness in Santa’s eyes as Santa reviewed his “Naughty and Nice” list and came across the names of those FAA officials forced to unwillingly do the EPA’s evil and dastardly bidding. SH1 decided it was time to reveal the truth and restore the FAA’s stolen honor and dignity.

When we contracted another of SH1’s sensitively contacts for a better sense of exactly what had transpired, this is what we were told, once again, because of the highly sensitive nature of his position, we will refer to this individual only by the designation of, CR1 (Congressional Representative #1), the light shed on this conspiracy by CR1 is terrible and frighteningly chilling. That testimony is as follows.

CR1: There are somethings you have to understand, it was 1964, the Bay of Pigs was still fresh in everyone’s mind, the Cuban Missile crisis had nearly resulted in a nuclear Armageddon, Khrushchev had forced the shadowy organization that would one day be exposed by Nixon as the EPA on Kennedy, and of course Kennedy’s assignation was still a raw and bleeding wound. Khrushchev and his loyal minions who were of course the first EPA officials had us literally by the balls.

CR1 continues: Bobby Kennedy tried to expose what had really transpired, and it cost him his life. Richard Nixon attempted to do the same thing and was able to at least force the EPA out of the shadows, but again, at the cost of his presidency. Even the great defender of the republic Saint Ronaldus Maximus played his hand in attempting to restore the honor of the FAA only to be vilified by the utterly corrupt Marxist infiltrated Fifth Column Treasonous Media.

CR1 then pointed us to the Verona Papers where we were able to confirm that Walter Cronkite had been fully briefed by the KGB on the situation and order by his KGB handlers to create and propagate a propaganda narrative with regard to the origins of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. That his successor Dan Rather was fully read into the conspiracy and took an active and aggressive role in distributing “False but True” accounts of Rudolph’s insertion into Santa’s sleigh crew.

The last individual we contacted we will refer to as EPAD1 (Environmental Protection Agency Defector #1) EPAD1 gave perhaps the most chilling account of all.

EPAD1: Yea, it’s true, we did force the FAA to put a GPS Tracing Reindeer on Santa’s sleigh crew. It was our intention to use that Tracking Reindeer to follow Santa back to his workshop, we have plans all drawn up for a all out armed SWAT styled assault on Santa’s Workshop. It was and still is our intention to shut down Santa’s Workshop and force his elves to engage in more productive applications of their manufacturing capabilities. We at the EPA consider it a crime against humanity that Santa’s workshop produces toys for children when they could be producing the weapons which would allow us to finally force our vision of a Marxist Utopia upon the entire world.

EPAD1 continues: We have been tracking Santa for nearly 50 years now, but that old fat bastard somehow manages to always give us the slip up around Canada. We suspect that the FAA is acting in collusion with Santa to keep the exact location of Santa’s workshop concealed from us, but we have never been able to confirm it. We had managed to plant dozens of infiltrating agent’s in the FAA in 1980 but that senile old actor pretending to be a sitting US President went and got crazy and fired them all in 1981. Even our agent at NASA Dr Hansen seems to be running afoul of sabotage from within the ranks at NASA. Were still trying to get the goods on Story Musgrave and Buzz Aldrin, who we believe are responsible for frustrating Dr Hansens work.

Our efforts have not yet yielded the results we desire, but we believe that they will soon enough. Barack Obama has been working with us “under the radar” as it were, to strengthen our position and ferret out those collaborators helping Mr Claus evade us. With his help, my return to the EPA in triumphant glory should be close at hand. My fellow employes at the EPA demanded that I move slower and take a longer term approach to this project, I believe that now is the time to show our hand, we will never have a better chance to end the obstructionism and finally gain the exact location of Santa’s Workshop. They disagreed and said we had worked to long and to hard to risk our plans becoming public knowledge before they bore their fruit, so they forced me out. I know that I will be proven right, and that they will all acknowledge it once we have located Santa’s Workshop and taken it over for our own purposes.

On the tragic loss of 20 innocent children.

Many if not most people in America today are, in the wake of events on Connecticut, failing to understand the significance of that tragic event. Some see only the evil perpetrated by the young gunman, others, the liberals amongst us and a great percentage of the political class seem to be focusing their attention exclusively on the guns that he used and missing the point that the guns didn’t kill anyone out of their own volition. The truth however is that the political class and the liberals are not missing the point, they are intentionally acting to obfuscate the point. What they do not want you or anyone else to focus on is the responsibility that the individual bare in their actions.

If the individual is responsible, then there is nothing that the political class can do. Their are no laws they can pass, no money for them to appropriate, no committees to chair, no hearing to hold, no power to be obtained. It really is that simple.

What the shooter in Connecticut did when he took all those poor innocent lives was endemic of a mentality that has been carefully cultured in our society by our political class and the Fifth Column Treasonous Media. They have carefully nurtured a hedonistic narcissistic class of individuals for whom the notion of personal responsibility is alien and foreign. They have done this over the last 5 or 6 decades for one very simple reason, because it is profitable for them.

The media uses the allure and promise of sex to sell everything from candy to shoes. 15 and 16 year old girls are sexed up to sell lipstick, face-cream and hair care products to 30 and 40 year old women under the unspoken promise that if they just use these products they will look and feel like teenagers again. Scantily clad women are used to sell mid 20 through 50 year old men practically every product known to man, from shaving cream to power-tools and alcohol.

For the political class, the less each individual is responsible for their own actions, the more the state must step in and intervene and assume that responsibility. With each failure of the individual to take responsibility for their own action another law must be passed, another committee must be chaired, a study must be funded money and power must flow to those in the political class who will protect society from the wanton abandonment of moral and ethical responsibility by the individual.

Through propaganda and indoctrination that spanned his entire life, the young man who took so many innocent lives in Connecticut had carefully been conditioned to think certain things. What some of those things were can be deduced by the nature of the actions that he took. Through years of indoctrination he had been taught to see the entire world as revolving around him. His want’s, desires, needs, goals, aspirations, for his entire life he was taught that these were the most important things in life.

Moreover and perhaps even more importantly he had been indoctrinated into believing that the responsibility for, and any consequences of, his actions existed exclusively in the hear and now. In order for anyone to commit an atrocity of the nature and magnitude that he did there are several things that it is absolutely imperative that you believe.

You absolutely have to believe that something in your life is so painful and torturous so impossible to endure that the only possible solution, the only conceivable alleviation of that suffering is the heinous atrocity you are perpetrating. You have to be completely and totally of the belief that any consequence that might come after your actions is worth enduring in order to provide the relief from your current situation.

What we know by the Connecticut shooters final act is, that he did not believe that there would be any eternal consequences that would compare to those that he would face here and now because of his actions. By committing this atrocity and then killing himself he made the simple statement, Game Over, I Win.

No, it was not the guns fault, it was not the fault of inadequate firearms regulations, it wasn’t the fault of poor or insufficient mental health care. It wasn’t even the fault of the people around this young man who failed to see the warning signs of his coming actions. Regardless of the amount or degree of vile and despicable indoctrination from the Fifth Column Treasonous Media heaped on him during his life, honestly it isn’t even their fault. No matter how much the media indoctrinated him to believe that his needs could supersede those of his victims, that when he died it was over and there was nothing else, in the end, that young man, and no one else is responsible for his actions.

Meanwhile back in the real world, the carrion feeders in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media and the Political Class continue to put every bit of energy they can muster into finding any and every conceivable way to exploit this tragedy, to wring every last dollar, every last microgram of power and authority out of a shocked, horrified and painfully vulnerable public. The vultures in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media will interview the shocked and devastated survivors while the Political Class parasites pontificate and bluster with great verbosity attempting at all costs to assign blame for this horrific tragedy on something that they can exercise authority over. Remember when government needed something called a warrant or even probable cause to look at your records? Good times, good times. I’m nostalgic for the halcyon days of, er, February of this year, before the Attorney General of the United States signed off on an order allowing the government to access pretty much everything it wanted in the name of counterterrorism. Top U.S. intelligence officials gathered in the White House Situation Room in March to debate a controversial proposal. Counterterrorism officials wanted to create a government dragnet, sweeping up millions of records about U.S. citizens—even people suspected of no crime.

Not everyone was on board. “This is a sea change in the way that the government interacts with the general public,” Mary Ellen Callahan, chief privacy officer of the Department of Homeland Security, argued in the meeting, according to people familiar with the discussions.

A week later, the attorney general signed the changes into effect.

Through Freedom of Information Act requests and interviews with officials at numerous agencies, The Wall Street Journal has reconstructed the clash over the counterterrorism program within the administration of President Barack Obama. The debate was a confrontation between some who viewed it as a matter of efficiency—how long to keep data, for instance, or where it should be stored—and others who saw it as granting authority for unprecedented government surveillance of U.S. citizens.

The rules now allow the little-known National Counterterrorism Center to examine the government files of U.S. citizens for possible criminal behavior, even if there is no reason to suspect them. That is a departure from past practice, which barred the agency from storing information about ordinary Americans unless a person was a terror suspect or related to an investigation.

Now, NCTC can copy entire government databases—flight records, casino-employee lists, the names of Americans hosting foreign-exchange students and many others. The agency has new authority to keep data about innocent U.S. citizens for up to five years, and to analyze it for suspicious patterns of behavior. Previously, both were prohibited. Data about Americans “reasonably believed to constitute terrorism information” may be permanently retained.

But no worries, right? To quote Hot Air’s Ed Morrissey:

Well, hey, we can trust the American government to handle this properly, soberly, and with caution, right? At least the data will stay with accountable US officials. Whew. That’s a load off of my mind — er, what’s that? Um …

Yea, sometimes Ed manages to bring the snark in a big way, this is one of those times. And bring it he does…

The changes also allow databases of U.S. civilian information to be given to foreign governments for analysis of their own. In effect, U.S. and foreign governments would be using the information to look for clues that people might commit future crimes.

“It’s breathtaking” in its scope, said a former senior administration official familiar with the White House debate.

The good news: Saudi Arabia might now have all of our firearm registration data. What could go wrong?

The House of Representatives attempted to hold Erick Holder accountable over the “Fast and Furious” scandal, President Obama ran interference, and rather successfully too. Congress has made puppy piss weak attempts to get answers from the Obama administration regarding the attack in Benghazi Libya that resulted in the deaths of an American Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other American citizens. Their success mirrors the success they had at getting answers to the “Fast and Furious” scandal, in other words, the Obama Administration told them, “Shut up, that’s why” and they responded with the obligatory, “Thank you sir, may I have another”.

Well they got their “another”, and they got it for the entire nation in spades. With his signature Erick Holder just eliminated the 4th and 5th amendments from the United States Constitution. No Constitutional Crises, no Constitutional amendment required, no objection from Congress, done deal with a single signature done behind closed doors.

Yea, with the Obamanation that makes desolate Administration dismantling the United States Constitution one piece at a time and Congress apparently lending him their full and unbridled support those articles are looking a lot less conspiratorial and more and more prognostic every day. But don’t you worry, like Hot Air’s Ed Morrissey pointed out in the above quote… what could possibly go wrong?

Why the Obama Administration keeps misreading the Arab spring.

The concept that good and evil don’t actually require a white haired angry old man in the sky in order to exist doesn’t seem to have permeated the consciousness yet of a great many people. Nor have they yet to grasp that there really are certain basic articles defined under the premise of “The Human condition”. That all human being at the most fundamental level operate under the guidance of of those basic articles. Moreover that the most basic of those articles is self interest.

The internalized perception of self-interest is the most powerful of all human motivators. It is the most basic and fundamental factor in all living creatures. First and foremost self preservation. Living creatures only surrender their lives when they can internalize that doing so serves a greater accomplishment of that primary goal.

To our knowledge, based on an enormous amount of observation, we have come to the conclusion that only humans being are capable of the abstract conceptualization of a form of self aware survival beyond the temporal physical existence. Only those capable of this abstract leap of logic are willing to place a greater value on their own personal self aware post living fate, than upon their own self interest in self preservation.

In the truest sense the Middle East is where this abstract philosophical concept was born. It is also where the most bizarre and twisted version of that philosophical construct originates.

Within the philosophical foundations of Islam are a number basic premises.

a) That good and evil exist as fundamental forces of all creation.
b) That Allah is the sole and final arbitrator of what constitutes Good and Evil.
c) That Allah having set those values, will judge all human beings on a scale based on the value assigned to each and every deed committed by the individual.
d) That certain specific acts, performed in the name of Allah have the capacity to decisively tilt the balance in the favor of those committing those acts.

Since the basic fundamental belief in Islamic theology is that good and evil exist as fundamental forces of all creation, the logical conclusion is that all human beings will perform a number of deeds that fall within the values set by Allah as evil, sinful or otherwise unacceptable. Therefore it is necessary to perform a greater number of good deeds than evil ones to avoid suffering Allah’s wrath. Islam has in effect wrapped itself in a catch-22 situation. To the credit of those who formulated Islamic theology, they recognized the danger of this trap, and created a “Get out of Hell
Free Card”. Martyrdom in the name of Allah through the performance of Jihad.

Combine this with another of the most basic and fundamental precepts of Islam and you have the root and impetus of all the violence inherent within the Islamic world and most importantly, the Middle East. The fundamental precept here, Allah’s command that the entire world be subjugated to Islamic rule. The very word Islam means nothing less than total submission.

When examined carefully, it become self evident how this theological construct of Islam conforms to that of the basic articles of the “Human Condition” since the basic articles of the human condition are.

1) Self preservation.
2) Preservation of ones offspring
3) Preservation of ones immediate gene pool.
4) Preservation of ones species.

All human motivation can be traced directly back to these articles. The capacity to engage in abstract conceptualizations means that the individual is capable of transposing higher order articles over the lower ones. In other words an individual can place a greater value on the safety and security (preservation of) their offspring, than upon their own safety and security, of their immediate gene pool over their offspring, and their species over their immediate gene pool.

Islam having embraced the concept that ones self aware existence does not cease with the death of ones mortal flesh. That having passed the boundary between life and death, that this post death self aware existence has no time constrained limitation upon it. That the conditions of that post death self aware existence are dictated by a supreme being and predicated upon the actions and deeds of each individual while they were alive. What remains necessarily follows article 1 of the Human Condition, self preservation.

Under Islamic theology, only “The People of the Book” (Jews and Christians) are afforded the privilege of not converting (reverting according to Islamic theology) without facing the penalty of death. Though they are still required to submit to Islamic authority. Anyone not being born or raised either a Jew or a Christian is given only the choice of converting (reverting) or death. This according to Islamic theology is the commandment of Allah as handed down by his only true and faithful servant the Prophet Mohammad.

Those who either have not or refuse to grasp the basic articles of the human condition are incapable of grasping the profound significance or depth of the “Religious” experience. It is at it’s root the first and primary article of the human condition, self-preservation. It is utterly impossible for anyone who fails to grasp this to understand the conflict that exists in the Middle East.

It is the human ability to think in abstract concepts combined with the need for self preservation that drive the concept of life after death. In other words, it is the need and desire to remain self aware beyond the constraints of mortality. Religion is the formalization of procedural steps required to achieve a favorable after life, the establishment of criteria, i.e. set values, upon which the determination of whether the afterlife will be favorable or unfavorable.

If you cannot make the logical leap, (or leap of faith as some would call it) that self awareness does not cease when one shuffles off this mortal coil, then you simply cannot grasp the concept that their are ideas, decisions, actions or beliefs that simply cannot be negotiated away or compromised.

Oddly enough, that same inability to grasp that self awareness does not cease at death finds it’s roots in the first and primary article of the Human Condition, self preservation. Which is precisely why those those unable or unwilling to make the leap of logic (or faith, your choice here) are completely incapable of grasping that some thing are not negotiable. For them, the basic articles of the human condition dictate that negotiated compromises provides the greatest possible degree of probability for the preservation of self, offspring, immediate gene pool and species.

Abraham Maslow in 1943 proposed what is called “Maslow’s hierarchy of needs” in his paper “A Theory of Human Motivation”. He outlined the concept of “The Human Condition” in a hierarchical tree descending from the most basic and immediate to the most abstract.

The conflict in the Middle East and the West’s inability to find a solution to it lies in the separation of those who can and those who cannot grasp the significance of the religious aspect of the human condition. Some ideas, decisions, actions or beliefs simply cannot be negotiated away or compromised. Islam will not under any circumstances, negotiate, compromise or surrender it’s most basic theological precepts.

For Islam to do so would be a complete and total violation of the most basic article of the human condition, it would mean that Islam would have to cease to exist. It would have to cease to exist because Mohammad declared Islamic theology to be 100 percent perfect and unalterable, any attempt to alter Islamic theology would be, as declared by Mohammad, an abomination worthy of death and eternal damnation. Islam must bring by force or even death wherever necessary, the entire world into submission to Islam. If you are a Jew or Christian that means you must submit to Islam if you are not a Jew or Christian you must submit and convert or die. There is no negotiating this, no compromising this, and it is why their is no peace solution to the Middle East.

L.I.B (Let it burn) Burn baby Burn…

I keep seeing this comment all over the conservative blogsphere, L.I.B (Let it Burn). I know those of you making this comment are angry, frustrated, exasperated and genuinely fed up. But I cannot help wonder how many of you really understand exactly what it is you are advocating. So ok, it is true, the GOP elite once again betrayed their base. Who exactly didn’t see that coming? As many of the GOP elite are closet Marxists as their Democrat counterparts. Seriously, if you haven’t figured that out yet, well I just don’t know what to say to you.

The Marxist’s took over academia way back in the 1920’s, it’s theirs they own it lock stock and barrel. If you attended a Ivy League College, like it or not, whether you even know it, you are a Marxist. Ya that’s right, you were indoctrinated into Marxism, and that is how it really is. While you might think that you are a conservative, the truth is you hold dozens of Marxist ideological position and just don’t know it. And why would you know it, your college professors didn’t tell you that what they were teaching you as facts were in fact Marxist propaganda. You most likely would never have accepted what they were teaching you if they had. Which is exactly why they didn’t tell you.

Gay right, same sex marriage, yea, that’s a Marxist ideology. The Gay right’s movement was started by a Marxist organization.

The Marxist/Communist connection to the homosexual movement goes back to its roots in 19th-century pseudoscience. It was back in the 19th century, during the era of Fabian socialism—back when “gay” was the catchall term for the entire demimonde of homosexuals, prostitutes, theater people, and “bohemian” artists—that the idea of homosexuals as a “third sex” was first posited. There were a number of terms floated back then: homosexuals referred to themselves as “Uranians” or “urnings” (yes, that referred to “Uranus” as a Greek mythological reference); there were suggestions that homosexuals were “undersexed” (i.e., did not achieve “escape velocity” to be attracted to the opposite sex) or “oversexed” (i.e., were so sexually overpowered that they were attracted to both men and women). All of this non-scientific mishmash just got folded into the idea that because homosexuals were “different” science had to find a “cause”—and, therefore, a “cure.” There is absolutely no genuine science at the bottom of “gay identity”—it is bullshit all the way down.

By the end of WWI, there was a strong homosexual-rights movement in Germany, associated with the Communist Party. Magnus Hirschfeld, who ran a sex clinic in Berlin, was a Communist. The first homosexual-rights groups in the US, following WWII, were also Communist-founded—and, of course, the gay-liberation movement which sprang up after Stonewall, for which the older groups were too staid, was founded by Maoists and members of the New Left. The post-Stonewall groups were quite open about their desire to destroy marriage, family, and religion—and, just as many of the gay-rights movements today make common cause with the Islamists in their opposition to Israel, the early gay-liberation groups were vocally pro-Cuba, despite the fact that Fidel Castro routinely imprisoned and murdered homosexuals.

Are you for amnesty for illegal aliens? Yea, that’s another Marxist agenda item that you have been indoctrinated into accepting.

The arguments fall broadly under the category of folk Marxism, a term introduced by Arnold Kling in the essay Folk Beliefs Have Consequences. Roughly, folk Marxist theories are theories that see events and actions in the context of a struggle between oppressor classes and oppressed classes. Folk Marxist arguments for open borders see developing countries and migrant workers as the oppressed classes. Business interests in the developed world and racist/nationalist type folks in the developed countries are variously seen as oppressors. It’s argued that the actions of the oppressors cause violence and poverty in the lands of the oppressed, forcing them to migrate to the lands of the oppressors (developed countries) and work there. On this view, mass immigration is not something to celebrate, but rather, an unfortunate consequence of exploitative policies. Turning away the immigrants, or dehumanizing their status (for instance, by labeling them as illegal and denying them rights and privileges accorded to citizens) is a further wrong against them. Welcoming immigrants is the least that can be done, while the root causes of mass migration are fixed. Today’s immigration is structured by contemporary relationships among countries and regions, and by their history of economic inequality. Unequal economic relationships should be changed — not because they lead to migration, but because they lead to human suffering and an unsustainable world. High levels of migration are a symptom of a global economic system that privileges the few at the expense of the many. It could be called capitalism, it could be called neoliberalism, it could be called globalization, it could be called neocolonialism. As long as it keeps resources unequally distributed in the world, you’re going to have people escaping the regions that are deliberately kept poor and violent and seeking freedom in the places where the world’s resources have been concentrated: in the countries that have controlled, and been the beneficiaries of, the global economic system since 1492.

Margaret Higgins Sanger was a radical feminist, eugenicist, Marxist, and the founder of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

Sanger was born Margaret Higgins in 1879 in Corning, New York. Her parents, Michael Hennessy Higgins and Anne Purcell Higgins, were socialists and early activists in the women’s suffrage movement.

In 1902 Miss Higgins (i.e., Margaret Sanger) earned a degree as a registered nurse and married architect William Sanger; the following year she gave birth to her first child. Later acknowledging that she had neglected her children (one of whom died of pneumonia at age four), Sanger declared that she was not a “fit person for love or home or children or anything which needs attention or consideration.”

In 1912 Sanger and her family settled in New York City. She became a member of both the Women’s Committee and the Marxist Committee of the New York Socialist Party. “Our living-room,” she would write in her 1938 autobiography, “became a gathering place where liberals, anarchists, Socialists and I.W.W.’s [Industrial Workers of the World members] could meet.”

Also in 1912, Sanger began writing a women’s-rights column for the New York Call entitled, “What Every Girl Should Know.” In addition, she wrote and distributed a pamphlet titled Family Limitation, which provided details about contraception methods and devices. By publishing this pamphlet, Sanger ran afoul of the Comstock Law of 1873, which classified such material as obscene and barred its dissemination via the U.S. mail.

I could do this literally all day, exposing the incredible number of idea’s that most so called conservatives believe are conservative idea’s that are in fact Marxist ideologies, that however isn’t the point of this article, Well, at least not directly.

L.I.B, (Let it burn) is a Marxist ideology, yes, shocker aint it. You think I’m either kidding or full of shit right about now don’t you. Well sorry to inform you, but I’m not.

Cloward–Piven strategy.

The Cloward–Piven strategy is a political strategy outlined in 1966 by American sociologists and political activists Richard Cloward (1926–2001) and Frances Fox Piven (b. 1932) that called for overloading the U.S. public welfare system in order to precipitate a crisis that would lead to a replacement of the welfare system with a national system of “a guaranteed annual income and thus an end to poverty”. Cloward and Piven were a married couple who were both professors at the Columbia University School of Social Work. The strategy was formulated in a May 1966 article in liberal[1] magazine The Nation titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty”.[2]

The two were critical of the public welfare system, and their strategy called for overloading that system to force a different set of policies to address poverty. They stated that many Americans who were eligible for welfare were not receiving benefits, and that a welfare enrollment drive would strain local budgets, precipitating a crisis at the state and local levels that would be a wake-up call for the federal government, particularly the Democratic Party, thus forcing it to implement a national solution to poverty. Cloward and Piven wrote that “the ultimate objective of this strategy [would be] to wipe out poverty by establishing a guaranteed annual income…”[2] There would also be side consequences of this strategy, according to Cloward and Piven. These would include: easing the plight of the poor in the short-term (through their participation in the welfare system); shoring up support for the national Democratic Party then-splintered by pluralistic interests (through its cultivation of poor and minority constituencies by implementing a national “solution” to poverty); and relieving local governments of the financially and politically onerous burdens of public welfare (through a national “solution” to poverty)[citation needed].

So, basically whether you realize it or not, when you are advocating for the L.I.B (Let it burn) you are advocating for the Cloward-Pivens Strategy. The tragic part isn’t that in advocating for L.I.B you are in fact advocating for the Cloward-Pivens Strategy, the tragic part isn’t even that you have been duped into doing exactly what the Marxist’s want you to do. The real tragedy is that most of you haven’t really grasped what Let It burn really means. It means a complete and total collapse of the American economy. It means people literally shooting and killing their friends and neighbors for things like food and gasoline. It means a complete abandonment of the United States Constitution. It means the construction of William “Bill” Ayer’s extermination camps for the 25 million Americans who refuse to accept the new Marxist government.

Let it burn is exactly what the Marxist elite in both parties are trying to accomplish. It is the only way they can ensure the level of lawlessness and civil unrest required to suspend the United States Constitution and replace it with a “Temporary Emergency Powers Act”. Let it burn means a violent bloody civil war which the political elite have been preparing for for decades. You really think that the department of Homeland Defense need 5.1 BILLION rounds of hollow point ammunition to defend American Borders that they refuse to defend?

Do you honestly think for one picosecond that America’s Police forces and other Law Enforcement Agencies will not act to enforce whatever laws are passed by congress? Including a full suspension of the United States Constitution? Are you honestly stupid enough to think that the United States Military will refuse to follow the orders of the President of the United States of America and fire on “Revolting” American citizens? Is there one single person on earth insane enough to think that the President of the United States or congress will allow one single state to secede without a single shot being fired or blood being spilled?

Yes, that is right, Let it burn means, no gasoline, no food, no electricity or heating oil, no consumer goods, no medical supplies or treatments. It means violent lawless civil unrest and inevitably full on Martial law or bloody and violent civil war. It is 100 percent exactly what the political elites are planning for, it is the means by which they achieve their end goal, and that end goal is to dissolve the United states Constitution and replace it with a Marxist Constitution.
