Someone want to remind me of what Article II Section 4 of the United States Constitution says?

Obama on hot-mic moment: I wasn’t “hiding the ball”

Barack Obama has either ignored or outright violated the US Constitution for over 3 years now, word is he has violated the US Constitution at least 12 times, and at best Congresses response has been to hide under their desks and whimper like a beaten dog. Their is no doubt what so ever that congress is scared to death that if they attempt to hold Barack Obama accountable to the US Constitution that they will be treated exactly the same as George Zimmerman. Which is to say, forced into hiding for fear of their lives by thugs and gangsters who would put a dead or alive bounty on their heads.

If the Latin Kings, Italian Mafia, Chinese Mob, Mexican Mob, Russian Mob, Hell’s Angels or the Aryan Nation had put a bounty on a Black Person the FBI would be all over them. The Black Panthers do that and nothing is said. Eric Holder’s Department of Injustice not only turns a blind eye to the indisputably criminal act of solicitation to commit Murder by the New Black Panthers, but turns it’s attention to prosecuting George Zimmerman for having the audacity to defend his life against a gangbanger who was brutally assaulting him.

How Dare George Zimmerman, didn’t George understand that he was suppose to take his potentially life threatening beating at the hands of Trevyon Martin and and be glad for it, rather than defend his life up to and including using deadly force to do so.

Congress, on the other hand, unlike George Zimmerman, who WAS taking an active role in protecting his community is not only not protecting those whom they are sworn to represent, they are taking their potentially life threatening beating and they ARE LIKING IT. Is there any point at which the United States Congress stands up and accepts their responsibility to uphold the US Constitution?

More importantly even than the cowardly failure to act displayed by the United States Congress is the criminal conspiracy by the Fifth Column Treasonous Media. Is their one single person in America who can honestly say, that had a President Sarah Palin been caught on video making this exact same deal with Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that the entire Fifth Column Treasonous Media would not be screaming at the highest volume they could attain that her actions demanded that she be impeached immediately?

Andrew Breitbart is reputed to have told his friends repeatedly that the Fifth Column Treasonous Media were America’s greatest enemy, Andrew was not wrong, Barack Obama is America’s greatest enemy right now, but after Barack Obama is gone the Fifth Column Treasonous Media will still be there, and will still be America’s greatest enemy. What the Soviet Union and the KGB were unable to accomplish from the outside the Fifth Column Treasonous Media is accomplishing from the inside.

Dear Rep. Michael Turner, it’s called TREASON.

Congressman to Obama: You’d better not be trading away our missile defense, champ

It remains to be seen how the media will cover the explosive revelation from ABC’s Jake Tapper that Barack Obama asked Russian president Dmitri Medvedev to get Vladimir Putin to give him some “space” on missile defense so that he could be more “flexible” with the Russians in a second term. So far, the tepid coverage from National Journal and the Washington Post suggests that the media doesn’t consider a request to another nation to pipe down so an American President can win a second term and deliver more favorable policy to a potential antagonist more than a “gaffe.” They seem to be taking their cue from the White House, which attempted a little misdirection:

Rep. Michael Turner fired off a harshly worded letter to President Obama, demanding an explanation for Obama’s perfidious and treasonous actions. As if Obama was going to suddenly start giving a damn what the US constitution says or what congress might do. President Obama already has taken the full measure of the congress. That measure could be summed up in those famous word from which the phrase ” The Writing on the Wall” are derived. Mene mene tekel upharsin, roughly translated meaning, you have been placed on the scale and found lacking.

President Obama has pretty much just promised Putin, “Give me a little more time and I will disarm America” What I honestly dare you to ask yourself could President Obama do that would make him appear to be more of a Manchurian Candidate than that? He has sold America out to it’s enemies at every conceivable opportunity already. He has completely and utterly shredded the US Constitution.

At what point does he finally go to far and congress finally says, Mr President you have gone to far, here are the articles of Impeachment, you are removed from office. My best guess, it that it hasn’t occurred to Rep. Michael Turner that neither he nor anyone else in congress have either the balls or the authority anymore to do so. They have completely abdicated their duty under the US Constitution to do so as well as their Constitutional Authority to do so.

The United States Congress has rendered themselves nothing less than a Potemkin Village Congress. Just as “The Writing on the Wall” said, Mene mene tekel upharsin, the United States Congress, you have been placed on the scale and found lacking.

CNN lies to it’s viewers and get’s caught.

Soledad O’Brian in an interview with Joel Pollak attempted to make a false assertion with regard to Critical Race Theory that was being brought up by Breitbart.com as it connected to Barack Obama as showed in a video obtained by Breitbart where Barack Obama vigorously supported the Critical Race Theories advocated by the Late Harvard Professor Derrick Bell.

When asked by Soledad O’Brian what the Bombshell revelations was, Breitbart’s Joel Pollak informed Soledad of Bell’s Critical Race Theory advocacy and of Barack Obama’s support of Bell’s position. Where upon, Soledad again demanded to know what the Bombshell was. When Joel Pollak informed Soledad that Critical Race Theory is a pseudo-theory which asserts that the entire US legal system is designed to support and maintain the entrenched White Supremacist position Soledad went off in a highly emotionally charged diatribe implying that not only was Joel Pollak completely wrong about Critical Race Theory, but that Jeol himself was a Racists for even daring to make such an assertion about Critical Race Theory (a charge made by one of Soledad’s other guest and not rebutted by Soledad). 

And as if her either intentional or through ignorance mischaracterization of Critical Race Theory were not bad enough (Helloieee Soledad O’Brian, the internet actually allows people to check the fact on their own) Soledad added injury to insult the next day when she brought Dorothy Brown on her show to rebut Joel Pollak, whom Soledad conveniently did not allow to be present for that rebuttal and Dorothy Brown straight up lied to CNN’s viewers in asserting that Critical Race theory had nothing what so ever to do with White Supremacy.

To directly quote Dorothy Brown in her published work

Third, like critical legal scholars, race crits continue to reject notions of objectivity and neutrality in the law, and the idea that legal scholarship can and should be so characterized.

To say that Dorothy Brown and Soledad O’Brian intentionally lied to CNN’s viewer’s would be a colossal understatement. The absolute and indisputable truth is that Critical Race Theory does in fact make the assertion that the entire US legal system is designed intentional to support White Supremacy, moreover as was pointed out by Joel Pollak and Breitbart.com Barack Obama is both a supporter of Derrick Bell and a proponent of Critical Race Theory.

When boiled down to it’s simplest and most unavoidable terms, Critical Race Theory is in fact a Black Supremacist Theory. It is nothing less than Black Racism and Soledad O’Brian and Dorothy Brown intentionally lied to CNN’s viewers for the explicit purpose of preventing the American general public from looking into Critical Race Theory and discovering that the President of the United States of America fully supports Black Racism.

That’s right Ladies and Gentleman, the big bombshell dropped by Andrew Breitart just prior to his death is that Barack Hussein Obama is a Racist.

Having lied to CNN’s viewers Soledad O’Brian apparently could not resist doubling down on her journalist malfeasance, she had to take it yet one step further.

O’Brien limited the discussion to herself and a guest that could support her version of the facts. After the discussion O’Brien told angry viewers to “stop Tweeting me!” and arbitrarily declared the issue dead and announced that she was “moving on.”

Yup, nothing like lying to your viewers, then telling them to shut the hell up when they object to being lied to. Good going their Soledad, you have just proven why 80 percent of the American people say they cannot trust the media. CNN’s journey from Fourth Estate protector of the Republic to Fifth Column Treasonous Media co-conspirator in a Marxist attempted coup in America is now 100 percent complete.

Wednesday March 7th, 2012 something strange happened. A former Democrat congressman turned Republican, Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr. [NC-3] did the unspeakable. His deed was so unspeakably dastardly, so evil and vile, that though it has been committed to the public record and can never be withdrawn, it shall never be spoken aloud of. I dare say that this atrocity committed by Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr. [NC-3] is so egregious, so profoundly does it assault the public’s sensibilities that the only possibly way to address it, is to shun the act itself.

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

In the truest sense of congressional integrity and a zeal that would make the Eric Holder Department of InJustice blush, Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr Articles of Impeachment have been rushed into committee, which in the Orcish language spoken in Mordor on the Potomac translates to, set out naked in the snow to die.

Those of us who, through Herculean efforts, have cast aside our former somnolence to finally recognize in the words of the late Andrew Breitbart, that the “Media” (hereafter referred to as the Fifth Column Treasonous Media) in America are the enemy of freedom and liberty. Having slowly and painfully come to this knowledge, that even the least capable among us of accurate prognostication, can foretell with 100 percent accuracy the degree with which the Fifth Column Treasonous Media will trumpet this event before the American people. Are left to wonder but one solitary thing, how exactly is it that the Democrat henchmen of the Marxist despot currently #occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. are going to enact their revenge on Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr for his blasphemous act of heresy against the One???

It isn’t that there is any shortage of High Crimes and Misdemeanors committed by the Obama Administration, as the old saying goes, one could hardly swing a dead cat without hitting several offenses by this most high profile #occupier. No, what makes Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr actions in actually filing Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama both egregiously offensive and surprising is how utterly and totally against the Democrat most holy of holy articles of faith. That of course being “The End Justifies the Means”.

Even the GOP leadership in Mordor on the Potomac have sworn fealty the commandment that “The End Justifies the Means” to some degree. Which is why regardless of the frequency or degree with which Barack Hussein Obama subverts, contravenes and just plain violates the laws indisputably enumerated in the United States Constitution the Marxist’s wearing Republican clothing in the GOP leadership have not themselves filed Articles of Impeachment against him.

Moreover, tragically the only thing more predictable than the Fifth Column Treasonous Media’s public response to Articles of Impeachment being filed against Barack Hussein Obama is what the GOP leaderships response towards Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr will be. There will be no public excoriation or rebuke, Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr will be given the exact same treatment as his Articles of Impeachment, he will be stripped naked and put out in the snow to die politically, and never will the GOP leadership ever explain or even acknowledge to the American people why Rep Walter B.Jones, Jr is being treated this way.

This is after all how the Orc’s maintain their positions of power in Mordor on the Potomac.
